It is nice to read that some people out in the world "get" The Da Vinci Code. I have not seen the movie but I read the book, it blew me away. The concept of the book did not make me question my "faith", I believe there is a higher power and that moderen religon, church and politics screw up everyones "faith". My husband's parents are both ministers for a christian church. They are very nice people and tried to raise their son within the "christian religion". He can quote scripture with the best of them. His beliefs and faith are just as screwed as the next guy, if not more so because of his extreme exposure to the hypocrates of the "church" life. If people who are narrow minded and weak want to bash The Da Vinci Code let them, it's their loss. They get to stay in the dark about history and still question their own faith while the rest of enjoy a good story with some very interesting facts and ideas.

Dear Shanna, its nice to know you enjoyed the story, as i did. It puzzles me, however, that you find facts in fictional stories, then say other people are in the dark about history!
