A doctor discovers that the spa that has made the town prosperous has contaminated water. At first he assumes that everyone will be open to hear this, since they are honest people. But he's denied any venue for publicizing his findings. Finally he rents a hall to give a speech on the subject, but his opponents pack the hall and hijack the event. First they declare it "a public meeting," and then demand the election of a Chairman. After the doctor foolishly assents to this in order to get on with his speech, the Chairman's first order of business is to rule him out of order and deny him the floor!This proves the fallacy that it's alright to deny free speech because there are always other venues, because the ones who maintain this are generally the ones quickest to shut down the other venues.
