Today I was driving to my parents’ place on Cape Cod and realized what an idiot I’ve been about what’s happening right now. It’s a really important moment, right down to Barack Obama putting a note into the Western Wall. It’s the true ideological drama of this election campaign, the great events of this campaign. It doesn’t get better than this, and it’s all about the Armageddon of the Neoconservatives and the Two State Solution.
Consider that the Washington Post is reporting that McCain is looking seriously at Virginia Congressman Eric Cantor to be his veep. Cantor is tied in with Christian Zionists (David Bloom tells me)(can’t do the link now). The Cantor nod would be McCain’s obeisance to Sheldon Adelson and the neoconservative warchest. Because this is their last gasp. If they can’t stop Obama, they can’t might not be able to stop the two-state solution.
All this is happening behind the scenes, but look at it this way. The last time Dennis Ross and the two-state solution came close to coming to pass was 2000, the last gasp of the Clinton Administration. The neocons and Adelson formed an organization called One Jerusalem out of a panic that Jerusalem might be divided. And the day after GW Bush won the election, at last, in December 2000, Adelson gave the Republican Party $100,000 and soon the neocons were in big jobs all over the Administration. And they put off the 2-state solution forever, and invaded Baghdad.
This is all Obama is thinking about, and all that J Street and Dennis Ross and MJ Rosenberg and IPF and Ehud Olmert are thinking about too. This is our last shot. This is when we try and save Israel from becoming full-on apartheid, and maybe even elevating the cycle of violence to the next level, by getting the two-state solution to go thru. Israeli negotiator Tal Becker is thinking about this night and day, as I reported from AIPAC last month, because Israel is in an existential struggle. Its about to lose its identity.
And Obama knows all this. He’s no fool. He’s a political genius. Look what he did to the Clintons. He sees all the faultlines, and this is what he’s doing. He is working with the conservative-middle-left of the Israel lobby. That wide span that goes from Mel Levine, the hawkish former congressman from California, on the right, and maybe even Haim Saban too, to MJ Rosenberg and J Street on the left. He’s got them all together in the room on this. And he’s saying, I will put my heart and soul into this. It is why he talked to Jeffrey Goldberg of the Atlantic this spring and Goldberg came out against the Israel lobby and the settlements. It is why Joe Klein came out against neocons with divided loyalties. It is why Connie Bruck attacked Sheldon Adelson in the New Yorker. I’m not saying these journalists are working in concert with Obama, I’m saying they are all in touch with this moment in history. This is our chance, and our horse is Obama. It’s now or never, and he can do it. So let him kiss the ring, let him do the dance, let him go to AIPAC and declare he’s for an undivided Jerusalem, but in fact we’re all in agreement here, now’s the time. Because even at AIPAC, they were cutting off the comments of the nuts in the audience who started saying the bible gave us Judea and Samaria.
And the neocons know it too. That’s why they’re nutso on Iran and nutso on Obama, inventing lies about him to try and head him off now.
I’m on the left, so I’m not wild about these powerful characters, even the liberals, I’m not wild about their statements about the Middle East. J Street has lame rhetoric. The Jews for Obama emails I get are sickening. Obama was nauseating when he went to AIPAC. I was sitting there shaking my head over his warlike rhetoric. But my friend Jack Ross says that his Iran hawk stuff is his silver bullet so he can go for a two-state solution. He knows that’s the Holy Grail. That’s the Nobel Prize, and more than that, it’s the key to American security and America moving forward, undoing this ugly narrative that is wrapped around our throats. He believes that just as much as I do. As much as Sarkozy and King Abdullah. This man doesn’t want to be Clinton or even Reagan, he wants to be Lincoln, he feels that in his soul. But he has his own way. And that’s to get in bed with these conservatives and lukewarm liberals now, to go for it, to get Jewish money, to get the presidency, and then get America forward. It’s our time, as he keeps saying, this moment is bigger than any of us.
So I have to hand it to J Street. It’s already done it, it’s split the Jewish world definitively, into neocons and non-neocons. It’s successfully lobbied the lobby. The lobby is now divided in two and each guy gets a piece. McCain is going for the dark half, Obama is going for the light half, and betting, correctly I think, that the light half is stronger. I may not like the deal they come up with for Palestine. The Palestinians may not like it either. But god knows, after he smashes the neocons in November, Obama may get the world behind a deal. That’s his game.
Saban is a creation of Labor (i.e., fascist) Zionism while Bronfman, Adelson, and the Neocon backers belong to the ethnic fundamentalist Jabotinskian current of Zionist thought.
Peretz and Dershowitz also belong to the Labor/Fascist Zionist faction.
There is no obvious evidence that the Saban, Peretz, and Dershowitz types represent less of a danger to the USA than the Adelson, Bronfman, Kraft, Shusterman, Klein, Zuckerman types.
If I were to push the analogy with the pre-Civil War USA, the Jabotinskians support slavery while the Labor/Fascist Zionists are comparable to free soilers. They might possibly remove the settlements from all the 1967 Occupied Territories and create an emasculated Palestinian state therein but the structure of Zionist racism and brutality would remain intact within the pre-1967 territories.
Would a free soiler compromise really solve the Zionist problem? It would not have solved the Slavery problem for it would have left slavery intact in the core Southern states.
If in 1940 the German Nazis installed pro-German governments in all the territories from which the German Nazis withdrew, and negotiated peace treaties with all the new governments, and withdrew from occupied France, Belgium and the Netherlands and from German Occupied Poland (after border adjustments that removed the Danzig corridor), would such a development really have solved the problem of a murderous ethnic fundamentalist state in the center of Europe?

AHMADABAD, India (AP) – An obscure Islamic group claimed responsibility for a series of synchronized explosions that killed at least 45 people in western India, warning of "the terror of Death" in an e-mail sent to several television stations minutes before the blasts.
Another unexploded bomb was found and defused early Sunday, said the city's police commissioner, O.P. Mathur. He said police had detained 30 people.
"In the name of Allah the Indian Mujahideen strike again! Do whatever you can, within 5 minutes from now, feel the terror of Death!" said an e-mail from the group sent to several Indian television stations minutes before the blasts began.
The e-mail's subject line said "Await 5 minutes for the revenge of Gujarat," an apparent reference to 2002 riots in the western state which left 1,000 people, mostly Muslims, dead. The historic city of Ahmadabad was the scene of much of the 2002 violence.

Saturday's e-mail, sent from a Yahoo account and written in English, was made available to AP by CNN-IBN, one of the TV stations that received the warning.
State government spokesman Jaynarayan Vyas said 45 people were killed and 161 wounded when at least 16 bombs went off Saturday evening in several crowded neighborhoods. The attack came a day after seven smaller blasts killed two people in the southern technology hub of Bangalore.
Investigators in Surat, a city about 160 miles south of Ahmadabad, found a car carrying detonators and a liquid that police suspect may be ammonium nitrate, a chemical often used in explosive devices, city police Chief R.M.S. Brar told reporters.
Cities around the country were put on alert and security was stepped up at markets, hospitals, airports and train stations.
The e-mail was sent by a group calling itself Indian Mujahedeen which was unknown before May, when it said it was behind a series of bombings in Jaipur, also in western India, that killed 61 people.

In its e-mail, the group did not mention the bombings in Bangalore and it was not clear if the attacks were connected.
"An e-mail was received by many news organizations. We are inquiring into that. We haven't traced it yet," city police Chief A.N. Roy said.
The Saturday bombs went off in two separate spates. The first, near a busy market, left some of the dead sprawled beside stands piled high with fruit, next to twisted bicycles. The second group of blasts went off near a hospital.
The side of a bus was blown off and its windows shattered, while another vehicle was engulfed in flames. Most of the blasts took place in the narrow lanes of the older part of Ahmadabad, which is tightly packed with homes and small businesses. Bomb-sniffing dogs scoured the areas.
Distraught relatives of the victims crowded the city's hospitals. One of the wounded was a 6-year-old boy whose father was killed in the blasts. He lay in a hospital bed with his arms covered in bandages and wounds on his face.

Narendra Modi, the chief minister of Gujarat state where Ahmadabad is located, called the blasts "a crime against humanity." He said the bombings appeared to have been masterminded by a group or groups who "are using a similar modus operandi all over the country."
India has been hit repeatedly by bombings in recent years. Nearly all have been blamed on Islamic militants who allegedly want to provoke violence between India's Hindu majority and Muslim minority, although officials rarely offer hard evidence implicating a specific group.
The perpetrators also rarely claim responsibility – a fact that raised doubts about the Indian Mujahedeen when it took credit in May for attacking Jaipur.
Fears that an attack could spark religious riots are real in India, which has seen sporadic violence between Hindus and Muslims since independence from Britain in 1947.
Those fears were amplified by the recent history of the 2002 religious riots. The violence was triggered by a fire that killed 60 passengers on a train packed with Hindu pilgrims. Hindu extremists blamed the deaths on Muslims and rampaged through Muslim neighborhoods, although the cause of the blaze remains unclear.
Ahmadabad is also known for the elegant architecture of its mosques and mausoleums, a rich blend of Muslim and Hindu styles. It was founded in the 15th century and served as a sultanate, fortified in 1487 with a wall six miles in circumference.

The only difference in McCain and Obama is how fast they will destroy what is left of the USA. McCain will bomb it away and Obama will compromise it away.

Last night, with (?) Paula Zahn, Obama reaffirmed his commitment to a unified Jerusalem as capital of Israel. Sop to Cerberus? Sure, because, as Contrarian highlighted above, Obama's got bigger, post-American fish to fry (well, not fry, that would be less green than broiling, and maybe they're not really fish, but pieces of moldy couch-cushion candy).

And the single state is what exists right now in Palestine. When Israel won in '67 and '73 it got what it wished for: the whole enchilada. In concert with NONE of the HELD political, military, economic, etc. views televised and preached as TRUTH I deny NOT that most all that heard and seen is a LIE.
The fundamental tenet of having a sound logical and strident option about anything —- first begins in the mind and heart of the teller of the saga or event or as of TODAY with FEAR ABOUNDING the looming events.
Thus the BLOGS on the Internet abound with bits and pieces of the puzzle to be solved if we dare to connect the dots that has and is causing our generation to be thrown into the abyss. I too have suffered from NOT knowing all the dots to be connected to bring my base intuitive Godly unction’s to bear as needed to be.
However those that seek with GOD on their side will eventually get the full picture of what is really going on. My hardest time has been accepting that many thousands if not hundred of thousands of Americans are just POLITICAL CRIMINALS. In broad terms they are NOT one of WE THE PEOPLE. Their claims to fame has been in making money at the cost to others or known as being a Pirate and/or one being frocked with fraud seeking the ultimate in all acts of fulfilling the NEED FOR GREED and as JESUS said of them —– they worshiped the other god HE called MAMMON. That being the elevation of self as unto GOD or self-worship.
The history books abound with records of how those people have halted progress of humanity for their self-held views on how things should be regardless of the consequences that it brought about on others.
Yet my sincere totally unbiased dilemma about connecting the dots did not come clear until you and I and all Americans were lied to about the GEORGIAN INVASION BY RUSSIA by CNN first —- then all other NETWORKS seemed to chime in. When I began to get the light was when on CSPAN broadcast news from outside US SOURCES and I heard and saw the lie that CNN had put forth ——- then I began this arduous study. That has resulted in [ALIVE WITH POWER document] that I think I can e-mail to you if you ask. It contains over 29,625 words.
The source information is NOT MINE. It appears to be the best FACTS that connect the dots I have been able to bring into scrutiny. IT IS YOURS FOR THE ASKING.
But TO DATE unyielding political delirious dramas for WE THE PEOPLE of despair looms against us like an unbearable weight against our chest. I think I had the Jest of the Matters for some time but connecting the dots to bring the hens to roost was a bit too complicated until I saw the EXACT FACTS.
I will begin to write a much shorter version than the 29,625 words then send along to all I can find with the two petitions with pleadings. To blog with others about our grief’s and strife and all that —– is just a forlorn passing of time for the real and known to all those political criminals is [HITTING THEM BETWEEN THE EYES] with questions too hard for them to answer. Then in some form of forum or coalition get the word out to all of the sinister spinsters to bring doubt in them about them being found out. In turn bring aboard those like-minded political more savvy that can lead the Petitions with Pleadings to fruition.
Then above all else —– UNITE in prayer to our KING NOW THE LORD JESUS CHRIST. With facts and indictments against all the horrible people trying to flex their muscles of money to get the world into a fix the way they want it. And remembering when you pray THY WILL BE DONE ON EARTH AS IT IS IN HEAVEN. Do any of us think —– that the GREAT GOD OF CREATION JUST winks at the misdeeds done and the political moronic blood thirsty ones that continue to defy HIS HUMANITARIAN WILL daily?
