The Sun in its last arc is comparing Biden's mild criticism of AIPAC to Walt and Mearsheimer's frontal critique of the lobby, and reminding readers that Obama's website once had an ad for W&M's book, or vice versa (who can keep track of these things). And thereby trying to tie Obama to the Israel Policy Forum and other dovish Jews.
A conspiracy theory? No, just an effort to sway as many Jews as the Sun can to John McCain, in the few weeks the Arizona senator has before he sunsets on November 4. The Sun itself may well leave us before then, and depositing its unreconstructed ideas in the dustbin of history.
