Both Party Platforms Say ‘Undivided’ Jerusalem

The great Bradley Burston in Haaretz compares the two parties' positions on Israel/Palestine. Yes I know the Dems also say that Jerusalem must remain accessible to all people. But the word undivided is very close to the pander that Obama made at AIPAC. Now I think it was pure calculation on his part, not a mistake, to say Undivided.

"Available" and "undivided" are DIFFERENT words Phil.

You must be joking to suggest they are tweedle-dee/tweedle-dum.

    More litmus-testing?

  2. LeaNder says:

It seem in your mind, Richard, words metamorphose occasionally.

    How else to explain: "Available"?

accessible = available? What exactly happened?

  3. Jacqueline_Hyde says:

Certainly! The undivided capital of all Peoples of the Book. With order maintained by dis-interested Buddhists. Jews, Muslims, Xtians will behave!

    Why not?

"The great Bradley Burston"? What can he do for Phil? I guess I still dont understand him. Maybe he finds it amusing to play the clown. Or maybe they are friends.

As for Obama, the best that can be hoped for is that his positions are no more evil than strictly necessary, and that when he speaks evil he is lying. Pretty thin gruel but I can see how it might be realistic, so I continue to acknowledge the possibility of hope.
