Gaza! Extra! Read all about it! (on the internet that is)

History and analysis of how the U.S. fomented the Hamas-Fatah split and laid the groundwork for the Israeli invasion of Gaza--by the reliable Gareth Porter using standard sources. Condoleezza Rice has been wrong from the start, as wrong as she was about Lebanon, and as just heartless. Nothing available like this in the MSM.

Antiwar.com has re-printed this fabulous history of malicious plotting by the US and Israeli governments.

Everything which has happened since the Jan. 2006 Palestinian election (which clearly took USrael by surprise) has involved heavy-handed, extra-legal intervention to reverse and nullify the result of that election.

That the US would jerk the rug out from under its own quisling Abbas is not too surprising. After all, Saddam Hussein and General Noriega are former US proteges who got sold down the river when irreconciliable differences developed.

But the notion that the US was driving toward a blood-drenched turkey shoot in Gaza is far more troubling. Of course it's believable — it already happened in Fallujah. I mean, let's not kid ourselves — despite the lack of prosecution, the Bush regime is a war-criminal government.

The full-court press in the captive MSM to justify the Gaza atrocity strongly supports Porter's conclusion — that our own red-white-'n-blue government is the executive director of this ghastly real-time snuff film.

And that has vast implications for all of us, which I will not spell out here. Think about it, though.

Okay, just one implication. The MSM tells us that Israel is taking advantage of the US presidential interregnum, during the lead-up to its elections.

What if the causality actually runs the other way — that instead of nuking Iran, the more feasible goal of blasting Gaza to rubble is Bush/Cheney's parting shot toward the Middle East?

With zionist minders serving on the Presidential Information Declassification Board, we won't know anytime soon. Unless Obama decides to laud General Curtis LeMay as 'an American hero,' in which case we can reasonably infer policy continuity.

Having the world in flames is in Israel's interest!

It's the fourth-largest army in the world. It's a nuclear power. It may lose a citizen here and there, but the state itself can't be threatened — UNLESS it loses the support of the U.S. That's why it must stir up such a orgy of hatred and killing that any attempt at an imposed peace is inconceivable.

Best of all would be another terrorist attack on the U.S.

(BTW, you don't have to think of this plan as springing from secret moonlit meetings in a Jewish cemetery. It just springs naturally from the Jewish/Zionist mentality of the zero-sum game.)
