The comment that disappeared was fully sincere. I was apologizing for being completely unable to do anything to stop the mindless aggression against innocent Palestinians. I hope it did not come off as anything else.

try to remember that these trolls here are playing deliberately satanic roles, revelling in death and torture for instance, because they have been taight that this is an effective form of psychological 'deterrence' (i.e. psywar) against all critics. I didn't think 'terrorists' wore uniforms. If he is indeed Hamas and not just a policeman, then maybe he is entitled to be treated as a combatant under the laws of war?
We should be nice to Rowan–this must be the worst day of his life (so far). Israeli ground troops are behaving with the sort of discipline and dignity he could never achieve. They are doing the brave and difficult work of protecting their citizen by risking their lives. Noble, self-sacrificing, righteous, moral, employed–all sorts of things that Rowan will never be.
Oh, and armed. British law prevents him from owning a weapon, and pedophiles are, generally, barred from military service.
Israel should try fighting an army and not a civilian population.

Let me give you some advice, Gaz. When you want to intimidate somebody on the internet, then you need to spend a few minutes googling their name and finding out what you can plausibly accuse them of. In my case, you will not find that pedophila is plausible. The arbitrary nature of the accusation is too apparent. Do some research.
