The excitement among students in England seems to be coming to our shores. Anees writes from Jerusalem:
I learned about the Gaza memorial/protest at Cornell University from one of the commenters yesterday on your blog. Today the Cornell Daily Sun has written about it; sadly the memorial has already been vandalized. I wonder if we'll hear about this anywhere in the MSM…Click through the images at that link to see what the different signs read.

    The flag displays were meant to create dialogue, the free flow of ideas. The protest display was hardly up when three zionists stomped on over half of them.

    Phil, I am starting to believe. Maybe you're right that the times, they are a-changing. The two-staters are in a panic but still don't see that "two states" means two STATES, not one state surrounding an illusion. They don't see that the only way to a two-state solution is through an Israeli civil war. O well, Israel is very good at making war, so I'm pulling for a Lieberman win as he will bring it on.

    I fear that the desecration of the memorial of Jewish or WASP dead would receive much more media attention. Such is the difference in the value of blood between the races. These are only Arabs………

    You're upset that those flags meant to honor the Islamic fascists who died in their quest for genocide were mutilated, just as they hoped to mutilate their jewish victims?

    Now, I'm sure the flags that represented the hundreds of women and children who died while being human cshields for Hamas were left intact. If not, then that is a shanda.
