Hey didn't Israel pioson Arafat and look at how far it got them. The problem for the Zionist program was always demographic. As hard as they tried,with mass expulsions,home demolitions, and assasinations,the population of the Mandate area of Palestine is over 50% non jewish. The question arises whether this is an illegal incitement to murder or assassinate a foreign leader. Here's a cite to an article by John Dean analyzing under the criminal code Pat Robertson's radio broadcast in 2005 urging that Hugo Chavez should be assassinated or taken out.

I would say in rebuttal to Dean that Robertson's broadcast could be construed as First Amendment protected political speech, that he was arguing for a course of action by the US Government, rather than inciting the mob to direct violence. How would you describe Matar's comments? Was she arguing what US policy should be, or was she promoting direct action? I think the latter could be a crime under the statutes John Dean cites.

The weird thing is that this harridan invokes the name of Churchill as if the type of Zionist she represents has any values in common with the great man. In reality they are the sort of people Churchill had in mind when he said in parliament:

There isn't a chance in hell she will face repercussions. This is part and parcel of our multi-tiered system of justice. If anyone said the same thing using the same inflammatory wording about the President of Israel, especially in a mosque, the FBI would be knocking on their door. Under the standards that are being applied to Muslim groups, 'Women in Green' would be a terrorist organization, and Nadia Matar would be in jail. Above the law is outside of the law. It is corrosive to our civic institutions and culture, not that I think Matar gives a damn about America as long as the checks keep coming.
