Norwegian anti-Semitism hoax reminds Silverstein of Iranian canard

I’m proud we were able to publish Bruce Wolman’s fabulous account of the Jerusalem Post’s bogus story on anti-Semitism in Norway yesterday. It drew this comment from Richard Silverstein, who was unable to post it for some reason. We’re workin the bugs out.)

“Breathtaking stuff. I wonder how the Post can show it’s face in the morning after stuff like this. Can we make a collective Jewish blogging rule that any commenter who uses the Post to support their arguments will be laughed out of town?

“This also reminds me a bit of Larry Cohler Esses’ expose of the Iranian yellow star hoax by which Rabbi Marvin Hier and Amir Taheri propagated a hoax that the Iranian parliament was about to pass a law forcing all Jews to wear a yellow star. That too was a fake.”
