Washington Times says that Obama's Jerusalem language in Cairo last week–speaking of it as an interfaith city, with hints of internationalism–is reflected in the White House's latest issuance of a standard periodical memorandum on not moving the embassy to Jerusalem, this time with a new wrinkle:
In the George W. Bush years — except during his lame-duck period —
the memo contained a crucial sentence: "My administration remains
committed to beginning the process of moving our embassy to Jerusalem."
The Obama team dropped that passage.
