What does a gay pride parade in San Francisco have to do with the situation in Palestine? This is just an example of what happens when individual Jews break with the larger group. Outing a person due to non-sexual political views is very nasty. I don't understand why someone who marches in a parade would worry about being outed, but the outing is still a dirty trick. I'm sure that the outers are completely cosmopolitan otherwise!

Gays who support Palestine do so because their political allies require it. In the Palestinian territories gays are murdered regularly. Islamic fanatics are the rulers. In the Middle East only in Israel may gays march. In Iran "there are no homosexuals" according to the President. It is amazing to me to see a group of people betray their overseas compatriots. Very sad.

The Toronto Pride parade had a great Jews against Israeli Apartheid presence, and as far as I know, they were greeted by almost universal applause..

There _you_ go again changing the subject. The subject is that these pro-Palestinian gays are catching flack for (assuming that they meant sanctions for supporting the Palestinians, not for being gay) supporting the Palestinians. The way the Palestinians treat gays probably has something to do with why they are catching flack for supporting them. Kinda like the Log Cabin Republicans (gay republicans) catch flack for supporting people who want to take away gay rights in this country. Funny thing is, I bet the people whining about the backlash they are getting for supporting the Palestinians look down on the Log Cabin Republicans for supporting the Republicans.

I'm not sure I follow. How were they outed? Were they previously not openly homosexuals and have now been outed as homosexuals? Are they saying that now that people know they are gay they are catching flack for it? Or were they previously not openly supporters of the Palestinians and have now been outed as pro-Palestinian useful idiots. If I were a gay Jew, I would be pretty pissed if another gay Jew expressed solidarity with people who murder Jews and murder gays. Gays for Palestinians' right to kill gays. Reminds me of this.
