You sacrifice your soul for your own misbegotten immorality.
There is a definition of morality that applies the concept only to those within one’s own group. Because of the basic distortion of meaning this requires, interaction with money seems somehow to be placed beyond morality. Thus, it seems, one can sell one’s soul without sacrificing it. Undoubtedly, there a multiple lines of text, from multiple thinkers, regarding this.
