And I forgot to mention Citizen, it doesn’t matter what you say, after you directed me to “Failed Messiah.com”, you are tops with me. I love that site! And I’ll always be grateful to you for bringing it to my attention. Thanks. Entertrainment value like that it’s hard to find these days. They are having a debate today on whether the earth going around the sun is good for the Jews, or whether the sun going around the earth is better for the Jews. And one of the more liberal readers suggested de-segregating the Jerusalem buses! I mean men and women sitting together! What next? And Darwin? Bad for the Jews, no doubt!

Not that the Muslims have anywhere near the same access to power and support, of course. I’m talking about the way America deals with the “Muslim threat”.
The discussion is entirely constructed around prejudice and American false bravado. Well, when Israel and Zionism is under discussion, we are entitled to nothing less. It’s only fair, we were so eager to give it to them.
After all, that process has been deemed the most effective, and the most likely to lead to the right conclusion.

Aww, Citizen I guess I’m not being clear, which is nothing unusual for me. Anyway, I’m with you all the way, and it only took a few weeks of reading this blog to disabuse me of my old and incorrect notions. And I see now reason why Jews shouldn’t be dealt with exactly like Muslims in America. It’s no more than we deserve, damn it!

Mooser, I don’t undertand your comment replying to my last comment. I could have also pointed to all the kosher US vetos involving Israel in the UN Security Council. All of what I say is a matter of record. I don’t admire Israel’s actions, nor do I admire those of my own country. I think the best of Jewish and Gentile culture is produced by a very few of each people, and always hard against the grain.

That’s right, Citizen! I have no arguments with that! If the Jewish character and culture is such that it requires Israel and Zionism, well, then, it poses a danger to the US. I would have tried to make some long-winded left-wing argument how it was the US involvement and support with a right-wing colonial project like Israel which brought about these dangers, but nobody cares about that.
I think you are on the right track, Citizen. My way only makes Americans admire Israel all the more
