Thomas says there are 150 supporters of the House resolution to condemn the Goldstone report. Breakdown roughly 95 Republicans, 55 Democrats. Barney Frank’s not there. Neither is Chris Van Hollen of Maryland. Of course not Baird, Rush Holt, Keith Ellison, or Donna Edwards. Shame to see Markey on there. As Steve Zunes wrote in February, Markey’s human rights views on Israel-Palestine would actually put him on the right in Israel’s own Knesset. Goes for Jerrold Nadler too. And Anthony Weiner, who is populist hellfire on healthcare, and here, a downpressor man.

Mr. Weiss, you’ll need to change the way you post your link, or tell us what you searched. The Library of Congress search function stores results in temporary files so you can’t hard-link to them (I ran into this when posting material in the Huff Po comments section during my stint there as an self-appointed amateur researcher)

Cool thanks Dickerson! I used to have a lot my patience (and time) for digging up information on the internet. At this point I have a bookmarks file that could choke an elephant and I got burned out with getting attacked (and subsequently banned) on Huff Po for going through all that trouble to present factual information and credible analysis.
Chaos – why not share with us your story on HuffPo? I know I’d be interested to hear more. Was it the I/P issue specifically that you got burnt on?
According to the list, Barney Frank voted for the resolution, surprisingly to me.
Again, my Congressman, John Olver of Amherst, MA area responsibly voted against the resolution.
