Shocker: US stands with Israel! From ABC News, Jake Tapper:
I’m told there won’t be any daylight between the US and Israel in the aftermath of the incident on the flotilla yesterday, which resulted in the deaths of 10 activists…
“The president has always said that it will be much easier for Israel to make peace if it feels secure,” a senior administration official tells ABC News.
How many times have we heard the lobby issue such pronouncements… Oh and who are we supporting? Tonight there’s a rally for these folks: "American Jewish organizations will gather outside of the Turkish Mission to the UN, located at 821 First Avenue (46th & 1st) at 6:00 PM on Tuesday, June 1 to stand in support of Israel’s self-defense."
The demo is being organized by Ronn Torossian, who says at Gawker:
"I think we should kill a hundred Arabs or a thousand Arabs for every one Jew they kill."
What does Obama think it will take to make Torossian and his ilk feel secure?
