Today, The Economist took a page from Harper’s and broke down the Israeli attack on Gaza by the numbers:

Its interesting to compare The Economist choice of words with those I heard on NPR this morning. The Economist uses killed for both Israelis and Palestinians. NPR says Israelis are killed but Palestinians died.
