Added adjustable font size

We’ve had many requests for the ability of readers to adjust the size of the font on our site for easier reading. Today we are adding a simple – / + button to let you set the size of the type that is most comfortable for you.

You will find these buttons just under the title of each post (in fact, it should be just above this text). Give it a try and let us know what you think!

Thanks, but what I really want is to able to move directly from a comment in 100 recent to that specific comment in the thread.

It was possible in the old format. All I had to do was click on the date and the comment came up in a new tab.

Now I have to either go to the article and hunt down until I find the comment, or go to the commenter’s profile and hunt through that. It ends up being time consuming either way.

roha, where did you find this thread. this is the first time i have seen it following your comment. and i looked on the front page and didn’t see it.

this is great, thanks so much adam and phil! (if there was anyway you could extend that expansion to the comments it would be helpful too.)

and roha, i agree it was easier when the dates on all the comments functioned and produced a url. but at least they work on the archives pages, thank goodness.

Yes, if one could go directly to a comment read from the most recents comments, that would be tremendous. It would facilitate participation.
