I think if you put a additional cog in there with a big $ symbol, that would cover the administration mindset.

i would’ve put a complaining woman in its place. you could also easily interchange that other oh so famous truth perverting refrain “she wants to destroy israel”. and finally that other much more well heard famous cry “i don’t feel comfortable on this campus’
