either way, there are no half a million settlers in the west bank. Out of The 4% of the Israelies who lives in the west bank some will be evacuated into Israel and some will stay as an Israeli settlement over Palestinian ground. As a compensation, the Palestinians will get an Israeli land.

Ehud Barak had offered Araffat 98% of Palestinians land and a land exchanging for the other 2% (at the Camp david commission).
Arafat response was starting an armed Intifada.
The Palestinians have never had the courage to sign a peace agreement. The reason is clear and simple - they don't manage a freedom fight, they manage a Jihad. They covet Israel and wish to make thr region Judenfrei.

The Palestinians and the Israelies should have a their own state.
The Borders of the states should be the 1967 cease-fire lines (So called the Green line).
Palestinians refugees should have the right to comeback but not to Israel, they could return to their own country - Palestine.
The Jewish settlers would have to return to Israel.
Jerusalem should be divided - The east belong to the Palestinians and the west to the Israelies.
Now that is the truth Zionist way - A home for the Jewish people.
This is the Zionist solution - The only problem is that the Arabs would never except it.
