Settling an occupied land over which the occupier does not have sovereignty is illegal. If the Israeli legislature has passed laws in contravention of international laws, then it too is a criminal body, no?

This para in the resolution seems to declare a single state:

Where does that leave the peace process? Was that a sneaky way to recognize Israeli sovereignty over the OPT without the UN?
These "border" police have a government who says they share the same values as you, while demanding that you underwrite their colonial land stealing enterprise to the tune of at least $3bn every year. You say the little boy could have a Swiss counterpart distressed over the arrest of a parent for fraud. But the little Swiss boy would not have dozens, probably scores, of compatriots equally distressed on a DAILY basis whilst their families suffered criminal state injustice and the world looked on helpless because YOUR government won't say no to its spoilt brat. Nor would your little Swiss boy be stoned by the people who took a chunk of his family's land, or his neighbors, and wanted his family turfed out so they could have even more.
It's not about water. It's not about one little boy. It's about a State being a criminal actor. And the "obsession" is presently shared by too few to end its impunity.

The institutions of state discriminate in every way possible. Hatred, fear and even revulsion are encouraged by both government and religious institutions. All associated with fascism. Dissent among the "preferred" element of the population can damage careers and lifestyles, and is also on the government slate to become a crime.
Would someone who disagrees provide an alternative definition of fascism that doesn't include these sorts of things?

Are britons excluded from any part of political, social or economic life due to race or creed? There's only one "socio-political" position that seems to require adherence to the Anglican Church - the Sovereign. Recognition as a "Jewish homeland" is problematic in elevating one sector of the population & several million foreigners over another sector & several million dispossessed. It would be healthier for the country in the long run NOT to think of Israel as the "only" country of the Jewish people, as a large diaspora is hardly unhealthy for other faiths. The fear of dual, or conflicted loyalty in other countries of dual nationals as well as those who just espouse Zionism as an ideology that has become almost (in many cases is) a tenet of faith is dangerous, but may not be entirely without merit. That fear can be abused and misused.
However, could Israel become a country, similar to the UK, with an "established" religion, with limited representation in government, but with equal rights (not in any way limited) for ALL its citizens? Therefore not a right to discriminate in favour of one over another at all? A degree of religious fealty that holds Israel in high regard, but calls it to account as opposed to the nationalist fervor among the diaspora that has been nurtured and encouraged over the decades. Something more along these lines seems more just and maybe more achievable as long as equality of rights is enshrined in law.
