    Yesterday's wedding story,brings home the twilight zone feeling you get living in Isrsel.When my kids were born in the usa i requested ID numbers from the israel consolate.Got that .No problem.Ten years ago i and one of my daughters traveled to vizit my mother in nazareth.Entering the airport was never a problem for me.But for my 23 year old child,she was questioned all kinds of questions that she starded crying.I tried to interfere.The security prevented me.See she was using her usa and only passport.you should get israeli passport and use it she was informed.Now we want to visit again.She called the consolate,asking to get a passport.She was informed they can't do it here ,she can get one fast in israel.Now, she can enter the country But without the israeli passport they will not let her leave.There is a method to the madness.One person who want and should get a passport can't get it ,and another who is not after one ,must get it.Even though,I love it and i still might retire there.

    Wow ,45%,that's it?honestly it's been years since I've seen or hearda pro paletinian in the usa media.I had to turn to the lousy aljazeera to see an arab face on tv.In my line of work i get to meet a lot of people who wants to know where Iam from.I get a lot of sympathy for the palestinians,more than 45%,Few nut job christian zealots,that i refuse to talk to.Others who are aware of the lobby,and the media control,and few jew haters who are aware of the situation but make me uncomfortable.sure you can put lipstic on a pig but it still stink.

    The settler,Dimadozen,are what israel is all about.To most of you it's bizzar.To us natives it's reality.Israel exist to make the natives miserable,so they can leave.The native can only hope to survive and persist,maneuvering through all the pitfalls the state has put up in front of him.the israeli lives to steal and the native lives to keep as much as he can .the twilight zone has nothing on that place.But I still love that country and hope to move back there,and trully would want those nuts to stay.

    In the early sixties,on may day celebration,the whole of the palestinian community in israel joined by the israeli communist party would demonstrate.against veitnam,south africa,for algeria and of course against the israeli military regime imposed agianst them.israel would round up many people.take them to the russian compound,moscsobia,see nazareth has one too.I was 11 or 12 years old.i would join some kids and run behind the compound and listen to the cries of the guys being beaten.Those guys were iconic hereos to us kids.One day an older boy disappeared for few months.we used to play soccor and other games.As suddenly he appeared.he was walking and really falling,bumping into things,couldnt talk well and didnt recognise me.he acted as if somebody reached in and pulled his brains out.For some reason he had a few visits with the shin bet,israel's internal security aparatus at the time.

    Whenever I visit my family I usually love to visit historical sites.Two years ago Me my wife and my brother drove the coast road up to jerusalem.On the way back we took the jordan valley road.Upon intering israels proper we came to a border check point.3 or4 soldiers were present.we stopped our car about twenty feet from a concrete box with a male soldier pointing his gun at us while two female soldiers aproached .For long ten minutes that gun was pointed at us,HIS EYES PLANETD AT THE SIGHT AND FINGER ON THE TRIGGER.No problem,they let us thru being good israeli arabs you know.the strange thing is fear came over me later and even now every time I think about it and how easy these killers could've shot us too.It's in the middle of the desert.

    Proved jewish ownership?.Years back I bought few acers around Nazareth.I used to call my mom often and jokingly ask her if the land is still ours or is it 'gone',you know mom,confiscated,stollen,expropriated.few years later we spent $5000 to reclame it from theives using forged documents,signatures,and dead lawyers offices who SOLD the land to a non suspecting buyer.We found out about the theft when the Israeli authorities sent us a Tax bill .Forging ducuments,to sell lands . homes and property from under the lawfull owner is very prevalent and common.It is a SICK place.

    Many days it seems to me that Israels total existance is to make the palestinians life as miserable as can be.I lived there for 26 years,and I visit often.It is lying,coniving,twisting,tricking,theiving,spinning,no straigth answer,killing,fabricating,obfuscating,sheistering(?),and freiring.And thats in "israel".the length of audacity they go to steal the land is un imaginable.Kafkayisq?can't even come close.To confiscate the land they use ottoman,brittish and newly minted laws .If they want your land,the'll put a millitary sign not to enter.Later they declare the area as a millitary exercise zone,and for your security please stay out.Then they put up a fence and declare it closed security zone.You fight it for years ,you cant plant or harvest.Three years later a law kicks in.If you leave your land fallow you can loose it.Many books were written about the millions of dunams that were "legally" stolen.I have freinds who their father lost thousand of dunams of land.He lived in israel all his life,was never given citizenship,because he was "absent present".See,during the 1948 war he visited lebanon breifly,and had to sneak back home to the new israel.He tried to get his land.No,you do not exist.According to our new fancy law,you left the country during certain dates that we find conveniant.So you are here but really not here,he was told.

    About no hope of being a musician unless you are jewish,back in college days I met a jewish student from chicago.We hung arround for a while.I avoided politics,so he introduced me to his visiting parents as "he's good palestinian".He was ordinary in all manners and sences.Two years after we drifted apart ,I read an article about him doing comedy on campus .One day I ran into him.among other things I asked him about his shot at comedy and that I never so that talent in him.He said that he can do it and be good at it .I asked why does he thinks so.He said "Iam jewish".I never saw or heard of him again.
