Hezbollah has been afraid to attack Israel again, that sounds pretty successful to me. Their 'failure' in Lebanon in 2006 has stopped any Hezbollah actions on the border for the last 5.5 years.
Any medium to long range missiles would be destroyed long before they even lifted off. Those that did leave Iran (or Lebanon) would be shot out of the air.
