      You cannot support the Palestinians, just as you cannot support slaves, just as you cannot support the oppressed. What you can support is the resistance to oppression, slavery etc.

      Manners is a concept invented by the oppressor, to regulate the oppressed. It is used to regulate the tone of any objection to oppression.

      That way, if the oppressed got too emotional or uppity about his circumstance, the oppressor could indignantly protest the unmannerly and disgusting behavior of the uppity n***er/Sand N****r/moon worshiper or ... whatever! People only tut tut when the oppressor is merely impolite. He really has to get seriously murderous before the slightest possibility exists for voices to be raised in protest.

      The revolutionary black rebellion in in South Africa rejected the participation of white revolutionaries, despite the ANC policy of Inclusion. The ANC Failed in their efforts, ongoing over a period of some 70 Years, even though they became the mainstream inheritors of the leadership of the transition of power, and gained great legitimacy amongst all population groups.

      It is also instructive that the most successful resistance movement in the ARAB world, is Hezbollah, who have no Jewish Solidarity movement!!

      This movement needs a little less guidance from the rebellious offspring of the Zionist movement giving Instructions.       This is not correct on two levels. The Boer underwent the first documented concentration camp genocide of the 20th century during the Anglo/Boer war.

      "Swart Gevaar" or 'Black threat' was a pillar of the the separation or "apartheid" policy. That Whites people could not risk living on an equal footing with Black People because Black people would slaughter the Whites and drive them into the sea.

      It's really simple, being Jewish is like Israels borders - undefined. There is a reason it is so; it is useful to beat everyone around the head with, for breaking rules that are impossible to understand. One can then be confirmed as an anti-Semite, without understanding how on earth you ever became one, or what exactly it was that made you one.

      Under these Kafkaesque parameters, the only alternative is to proclaim that being an Anti-Semite is a moral imperative. Otherwise we are playing by impossible rules, and the Palestinian will find it impossible achieve any degree of fairness. The game is stacked against them. Palestinians will always be on the Hitler continuum. How on earth can one not be anti such a mindf*ck?

      OK, so how is this any different from a non-European person with a fair complexion playing white?
      Is it more serious? The same? Irrelevant?

      Are you as upset as a White Afrikaner was, with someone contaminating the gene pool? Are you upset that he has misrepresented himself? Would you be upset that a non-European misrepresented himself as being a white European? How would you feel about a White person being upset about someone playing White? How should we feel about you being upset about someone playing at being Jewish?

      What is the beef here? He said he was Jewish ... so what? He obviously feels that there is something beneficial about being Jewish ... a superior state of being. That probably makes you feel uncomfortable, ... as it should. There is nothing superior, or better, or special about you at all, except perhaps some personal characteristics that has absolutely nothing to do with you being Jewish at all.

      But don't let me talk for you; does being Jewish make you feel special? Better than others who are not Jewish? Is that why you are upset? Perhaps you realize that you are just proud of the fact that you are Jewish ... you know as in "Jewish Supremacist" ... not because you hate others, but because that makes you feel you are better than others. Not saying this is the case; I don't really know. It does seem that way though.

      This is a nightmare - deja Vu all over again.

      Who can remember Iraq in 2003? Everybody opposed was called a Saddam lover. But a million were arguably killed for that Humanitarian Intervention. Kuwait - Million subsequently died on the back of "babies in Incubators slaughtered" atrocity propaganda. Now we have the Ghadaffi is a mad rapist propaganda.

      One thing I believe is evident from events - this rebellion is hardly a popular uprising. It is a sectarian putch. Rayalist.Tribalist from Benghazi and environs against Libyans in the East.

      Perhaps they have genuine grievances, but they hardly articulate them in a manner that allows us to understand, beyond crude political caricature - "Ghadaffi Bad - we good guys, because we want democracy." snorrrt! The certainly have you figured out.

      Racist arseholes that have slaughtered, who knows how many, African Workers and black economic refugees; and raped, who knows how many, African women.

      That, combined with the obviously value added Libyan exports with fine Yankee accents who infest of media we watch and hear. tells me that this rebellion stinks, and is a counter revolution - no revolution at all.

      Give me one scenario that is not disgustingly horrible!

      If Ghadaffi has less than 50% support, even if it is mostly passive support, then a 'successful' rebellion means years if not decades of insurgent activity against the nascent post rebellion society.

      There seems to be absolutely no way any rebellion could garner more than an optimistic small majority of Libyan support. It will take a nanosecond, post revolution, for the rebel faction to splinter.

      So what has to happen in this 'democracy' is for one factional ideology and creed to be 'banned', as was ba'athism in Iraq. Banned, because they would automatically be the most organized and cohesive in any democratic election. This democracy will have to be gerrymandered to provide the 'rebels' with a victory.

      This the 'spring revolution' celebrated by the Arab liberals here, including Seham and Ahmed Moor. - Clueless, even if they believe they know better because we speak no Arabic beyond words that have vaulted the language barrier.

      This is a universal play, beyond cultural and language barriers - Opportunist taking advantage of public sentiment to skip one past everybody.

      And no, I don't believe that this is an Imperialist play either - even though the Imperialist are responding, as are the mainstream Liberals, like the reactionaries they are.

      They and their ilk have once again jumped the wrong express train - condemning the Libyan people to decades of purgatory ... and devaluing the very real and significant Egyptian revolution along the way, and enabling the hijacking of an important Arab renaissance their ridiculous sentimentality.

      I get the same sense from the Syrian 'Revolution'. Their are genuine grievances, but this rebellion is driven by sectarian Sunni interest. What happens in a democracy where everyone/most people will vote according to their sectarian interest?

      I don't trust it one little and am sorry to say that Gadaffis propaganda, albeit coming from the "savage" that he is, is way more credible than the propaganda against him.

      It is quite clear that the "anti-Regime" rebels are infested with an Arab supremacist worldview, and quite clearly anti-Black.

      So, 'as an African', I say; "f*ck them", clearly and loudly.

      Ahmed should remember that Libya, Tunisia, Egypt are in Africa, not the Middle East. Africa stands with the Libyan people and against racist Arab Supremacist Islamist and Libya nRoyalist Tribes with strong American accents.

      It does not claim that Israel is the only country perpetuating these types of violations and crimes, but it is calling Israel’s bluff – if you purport to adhere to the standards of a healthy western democracy, then you cannot benefit from the justification that your circumstances warrant an exemption, or that in your neighboring countries far worse atrocities take place. And its message is that once you become what you preach, normalized relations will resume.

      Here’s my problem with a statement like this; it is a dodge. It purports to cast aspersions on Israeli hasbara, but is itself a hasbara construct.
      One would have to cast a broad geographical, historical and categorical net to construct a similitude of the image the statement is trying to convey; that there are many despicable regimes that commit atrocities on the scale that is the Israel practice. One would have to gather a Hama from way back, assemble it with the Iran/Iraq war, stir in the Lebanese Civil war, with a beheading or two from Saudi Arabia, add a splash of Taliban crimes, and mix in a generous dose of Jewish Islamophobia, then pretend that this concoction matches, or exceeds, the atrocities that Israel commits routinely and consistently over decades.

      There is no Normalising Israel; for Israel, this is normal ... and routine ... and inbred.

For another thing the Palestinian Israelis have lived under democracy even though it is second class, they have lived in a democracy for quite a while, 60 years or 44 years since the end of military government, so there is less risk involved in evolving from a Jewish state to a state for all its citizens.
      Living as a second class citizen in a democracy is an oxymoron.

      Over the past 42-43 Years that Israel has been in charge of the West Bank, or even the 26 years prior to the Oslo accords, How many hospitals has Israel built in the West Bank or Gaza? Schools? Any infrastructure for the use of the population whatsoever? Roads? Bridges?

      It is disappointing that people have little time to debunk the misuse of this study of Y-chromosome Biallelic Haplotypes amongst semitic peoples. The study itself was not peer reviewed, but what is alarming is the racist misuse of the data, which at its core does not suggest what people assert it does: that Jewish people around the world have similar genes and DNA. The reality is that Ashkenazi Jews do have similarities with Arab Jews, because they spring from a similar gene pool centered around the central Asian region. The similarities are hundreds of centuries old, not a few humdered or thousand years.

      What was not not studied was the similarities they have with Turkic people, with whom they probably have even more direct and recent similarities.

      Dr. Mazin Qumsiyeh had a lot to say about the politicization of Gene Pool Studies which he likens to the practice of Eugenics in the United States in the Early 20th century. I also read somewhere of the embarrassment experienced by the professional scientific community of the misuse of scientific study due to the influence of politically motivated funding. But embarrassment is not an issue for some here - its similarity to Nazi scientific studies notwithstanding.

      There seems to be some proof that there is a high percentage of DNA that Jews have in common with Palestinians. I am not a biologist; but this is what I’ve heard.

      You need to simply abandon this line of thinking. What you heard is wrong, there is no study that proves Jewish common DNA with Palestinians. Someone did a study that Zionist twisted to mean what it did not mean; much to the embarrassment of professional Jewish DNA Scientist. I am no Scientist but even I could see they were talking in terms of eons - tens of thousands of years, not hundreds or thousands of years.

      The study came out about ten years ago and Zionist jumped on it to 'prove' their assertions, but even the Venda people of the northern Transvaal in South Africa had more of that DNA in their little finger than all the Jews of Europe had in their entire family chain. Ridiculous nonsense.

      It is very difficult to read the primary literature for those without some basic training is genetics — all of these summaries I just mentioned are based on statistical analysis of gene frequencies, linkage groups, haplotypes, and other technical terms. They are based on analyzing hundreds of thousands of polymorphisms and indentifying a few thousand that support one hypothesis or another.

      Not to mention that these studies posit theories that extrapolate data with frequencies over tens of thousands of years. We are nor talking about common haplotypes over generations, but eons. Transposing the data top represent "common Markers" overs generations is voodoo science and these studies severely embarrassed serious scientist in Israel and elsewhere. Even the Venda tribes of South Africa had these "common Markers"
