  • New footage of flotilla attack contradicts Israeli account
  • Farewell Helen Thomas
    • How many of you would be defending Geert Wilders from the Netherlands had he said " All Moslem immigrants should go back to their countries?"

  • Israeli Strangelove now at Harvard calmly lays out 'Armageddon scenario'
    • "Now you made Arabi and me look ridiculous by removing Rachel’s post"

Free speech for inner circle only.

  • Remembering the dead and the Rachel Corrie’s mission
    • This is from your link, TGIA

" It was not clear whether any of them were among three commandos who the activists on board the Mavi Marmara have said were beaten, then sheltered and given medical treatment."

      I stopped reading after that.

  • Israel's spin won't work this time
    • "deaths of 500,000 children"

Yes I remember now. And I remember thinking that it was a preposterous figure. Pure propaganda.

    • Thanks for the info! You must be some kind of news freak.

"lefty magazines" Yikes. Like the international Socialist?

I thought Utne was a "lefty" magazine which I subscribed too for a while cause it came free with other magazines. I have to confess that my favorite magazine in those days was Vanity Fair.
      Very lightweight, I know.

    • "the Iraqi sanctions received quite a lot of condemnation, except in the very same mainstream American circles which are so easygoing with Israel"

What year what that? Wasn't America busy with Linda Tripp and Lewinski? In those pre internet years, there was no sense of an organized, globalized community of activists coalescing around a single issue like now.

    • Except there was no outrage. America is a super power and Israel is pipesqueak really. American gets away with murder without so much as a whimper from anyone. Hey, it has imposed an embargo on Cuba for 40 years or more, no?

    • "Would NATO forces permit convoys of unchecked ‘humanitarian aid’ to be transferred to Taliban strongholds? "
Isi Leibler, in the Jerusalem post.
Good spin or bad spin? Discuss.

  • 'In the spirit of humanity!' --a look at the MV Rachel Corrie
  • Israel's war against non-violence
    • "I’m not sure where this need to mock people who risk injury or death for the sake of a good cause comes from, but it’s not pretty."

I am not mocking. She is a big girl. She knew what she was doing. I am trying to undrstand the lack of interest for the story. It is not just because the press is not critical , it is because the girl chose to play in a fucking war zone!

    • " I think because there’s no way they can play her as someone who was threatening the lives of Israeli soldiers. Doing this story would look like “piling on” poor little Israel".

I don't know who is this "they". Listen, the average Joe has no sympathy for people who get hurt while protesting against their own governement, never mind against a foreign government thousands of miles away. There is a well documented phenomena of "war tourism" , "disaster tourism" , and also ISM activism tourism. So yes, shit happens when one travels. Suppose Emily was hurt protesting against the Cuba embargo for instance, would most Americans give a shit?

    • “She walked down the street wearing a short skirt, she knew the risks."

Yes, your Honour, I know this is Afghanistan and should have worn a burqua.

    • Frankly I don't understand this complaint that there is no outrage. It has been wall to wall outrage. Everywhere you look, there is outrage and comdemnation. As Jon Stewart joked yesterday, " It is Israel vs the world!" Huge shitstorm everywhere you look. On TV, editorials, letters to newspapers, the internet, etc. Every single politician that counts made a statement condemning the raid. Sure being politician they use diplomatic language. Would like Sarkozy to raise his fist and yell "death to Israel"? I don't know what you want to hear.
As for Emily, it is too bad she lost an eye. Nobody deserves to be maimed. But there is no outrage because of the flotilla is the bigger story. That's just how media operates. I am not saying it is OK what happened to her but she inserted herself into a volatile situation and knew the risks. She was not attacked in New York.

  • Turkish jurisdiction
    • Yeah, you know best dude.

    • "but casually, it’s a supportable position"

You are right about that. Cast Lead was supportable because of the 8 years of rockets, the 10000 rockets, and the traumatised population of Sderot. Although, that said, I did not support it because it was a war of choice. Wars of choice are indefensible whether Israeli or American.

    • GodsChosen,,
You are totaly wrong. Israelis care very much about the opinion of the developed countries. They know this looks bad. This is a game changer. This is how it usually works in Israel: there is a big tragedy and things turn around or there is a ceasefire, the governement falls, etc...
Israel does not really have a well though out foreign or domestic policy. It is mostly reactive.
I don't really think they meant to kill these people. May be they wanted to pull another Entebbe and they screwed up.

    • "I hope the UN SC take strong enough steps that Israel decides to end the siege of it’s own accord and a 10th flotilla isn’t necessary"

I agree that this is the likeliest outcome.

    • Free Gaza have said already they won’t be deterred and will be launching another flotilla

You really think it is a good idea to ramp up the tension?

    • Page: 3
    • GodsChosen,,
You need to cool it with all this blood thirsty talk.

  • Flotilla is global gamechanger-- just like 'Exodus'
    • "Giving up the blockade now will mean they have to right to enforce it"

There are 2 schools of thought in Israel. The hawks do not want to give up the blockade because it will signal Israeli weakness and loss of its deterrent capabilities. Others in the governement feel that Israel should let Egypt do the dirty job of blockading Gaza all by itself.

    • "If you really love Israel, you’ll try to divert it from it’s current course"
I don't think I have the power to do much!

    • I agree. Lifting the siege will be blood money.

    • "That’s the nicest thing you’ve ever said on this website. Welcome to the rest of the world."

Don't get your hopes up. I am not changing sides! But I can tell right from wrong. And this was a very bad course of action. Anyone who cares about Israel can recognize that.

    • "Israel ran into its own fist."

Ian Black from the Guardian says essentially the same thing: "Flotilla interception looks like a disastrous own goal for Israel"
Obviously this was a botched operation. Poorly planned and executed. But the upside of this horrible event is that the Gaza siege is essentially over. There is no way the governement is going to keep up the blockade after today. I don't think this will blow away. The EU and the Americans will extract some concessions. Barak is going to lose his job. Livni will join the coalition. And Obama will finally have Netanyahoo by the balls.
I have been in a state of shock since I turned on the TV at 12:30 PM and heard the breaking news on BBC. As an Israel supporter, I feel sad and horrified.

  • A message to America about dignity from Khalid Meshaal
  • Toronto Pride founders protest decision to bar Palestine solidarity
    • Chaos,
You had to provoke me into acknowledging your existence. I was settling into comfortable retirement from Mondoweiss. You only have yourself to blame if I hang around now :)

"What do you want to bet rachel and yonira end up having a hatefest together on this thread"
No we won't. We only have a problem with you. We are fine with man on man sex. Or any kind of sex for that matter. Make love , not war! That slogan has impeccable zionist credentials. It was invented on kibbutzim
before the sexual revolution hit America. As you well know we invented everything!

As for Pride Toronto, they want funding with no strings attached. It does not work that way. He who has the gold, makes the rules.

  • The trap
    • My position is nuanced, multilayered and multifaceted

Lol. It is such a big hit. I might as well repost it. It might help Annie hit the 1000 post tsunami.

    • What a little agent provocateur you are, Annie! You are itching for a cat fight, aren't you? Nah. I am not playing. Too much trouble. Besides, too hot here in my Tel Aviv cubicle. I tell you what, I will be magnanimous and won't call you names. Instead, since your post has generated 400 comments, I will congratulate you for being such a good muhamassah on behalf of your cause. Are you going to thank me for starting the ball rolling. No? I did not think so.
Have to run now! I have some TV to watch.

    • That's funny cause I think all anti-zionist are fucked in the head too.
      Dialogue de sourds. Google it.

    • Ok. You win.
The Iraq War? Qu'est ce que c'est? I was too young.
      Ciao! Garden calling.

    • "it ended in her spewing her racist hatred in such a way phil had to delete the entire thread."

According to your friend Chaos, the server crashed. Now if you can lie about something like that, imagine what you would do to your favorite obssession?
When I am back tonite, Annie. I will have a few choice words for you. I promise you.
Bye for now Hamasnik or is it Hamazaoui? Walid, help us here.

    • My dear fiend and enema,

I thought you got satire & irony, but obviously you are humour challenged when you are not the one making the jokes. But then again, may be I am not that funny. I am not religious. And the Torah is a literary text as far as I am concerned.
Have a good day. And Shalom to you too.

    • Hey Mooser, don't take too long googling the words Torah, Yerushalaim shel Zahav, Zion , and Am Israel. I have to go do some weeding.
      Ciao!

    • Your bullying tactics are too genteel for me. Get an Uzi and I may respond. "Israelis" only understand force.

    • "Oh, sorry, I forgot, you’re a feminist-Zionist!"

For you information, I am a feminazi and a zionazi.

      "There are Jews reading, too."
Like you have read the Torah! Sure. Ok. What's the parsha of the week?

    • With fiends like you, who needs enemas?

Funny. Can I borrow it or do you have copyrights?

    • "And Judaism itself will expunge it from its record, out of simple religious and community self-interest, such as it exists."

Try to expunge Zion from the Torah.

    • "your ethnicity? Anglo-Irish"

That explains it all! You are disqualified from commenting on the matsav!

    • "How about you?"
      Nice try, Wondering Bride.
I hate to revert to early childhood for that one, but it is for me to know and for you to wonder.
I really don't care what you believe or don't believe in. I am here to lose friends and make ennemis. It feeds into my sociopathic tendencies as Mooser observed oh so cleverly (not really).

    • Yikes! Vanity Fair.
      Not fully awake. Rough night!

    • 1. ethnic nationalism: for or against?
      2. your ethnicity?
      3. Iran War: for or against?
      4. Iraq War: for or against?
      5. Israeli settlements: for or against?
      6. your nation of citizenship?
      7. your nation of residence?
      8. your party affiliation?
      9. your religion?
      10. religious nationalism: for or against?

Surely, you jest. What is this? Vanity's Fair Proust Questionnaire? Or an inquisition? My position is nuanced, multilayered and multifaceted. How about that for an answer, Mr. Joseph McCarthy?

    • James,

It is racist in my books because it ascribes mythological powers to the jooooos!!! Pardon me , Israel. Israelis actually bamboozled the whole USA military structure. Those machiavellian devils! Did you know that in WW2, the allies did not want to intervene in the "Final Solution" by bombing the trains because they did not want their citizens to think that it was a war for the Jews? Plus ca change!

    • I read it straight and it was weird.

    • Well at least you are not in total denial. But tell me why Obama
ramped up Afghanistan then? Why is Nato there? Has nothing to do with Israel. Nobody in Canada blames Israel for all of these senseless Canadian deaths in Afghanistan.

    • Time to revisit, l'affaire Dreyfus.

    • "We’ve all been over this, and if it’s over your head, so be it."

Sure totally over my head. Whatever!

    • Of course you are with Annie! God forbid anyone should have an independent thought here!

    • ”What other state has such an enormous percentage of its population living abroad?”
      .....and refusing to return.

      Lebanon?

    • "And once we finally decide to stop fighting Israel’s wars"

When are these racist accusations going to stop? The US is a war machine. War is what makes its economy tick. You are a behemoth. Israel is puny. You are fighting these wars for your own strategic interests. The US is a warmonger country. Since WW2, you fought dozens of proxy and direct wars for your OWN INTERESTS! Take some responsibility for your own screwed up policies.

    • Stop sucking up!

    • T'as raison!

    • That's exactly what Witty was trying to say. Why did you go and make the job easy for him =:)
Now, was Dreyfus considered a Frenchman?

    • Certainly French people make the distinction between les francais de souche and les francais issus de l'immigration. The first ones consider themselves an ethnic group. Same in Quebec.

    • LRB
Well you people certainly rely on statistics and polls when it suits your point of view.
When I use the term Christian, I don't mean it as being affiliated with a particular denomination. I am thinking Western heritage.
I am not comparing Israel to Saudi Arabia, I am comparing it to the good ole USA. How are Muslims treated in the US, in Europe, or even in Canada? They complain of systemic racism. It is not easy to build a mosque in many European countries. There is a ban on the niqab in Quebec for instance. How many people in the US think that Obama is a secret Muslim and that it is not a good thing? And yet all of these countries I mentionned are perfect democracies. Right?
There is a functional democracy in Israel whether you like it or not. It means that the governement is elected by the people or by its representatives. India is a democracy, they have a caste system but it is still a democracy. Democracy is not some kind of elevated, enlightened, and spiritual state of being reserved solely for "nice" countries like the US. Let's face it, you are just repeating stuff you read. You have opinions but no facts.

    • You wish!

    • "He’s parodying me:

He is doing a very poor job of it! Comedy is not in his future.

    • "Apparently they need help"

Presumptuous and preposterous. And certainly not from her.
She is an "activist" for FFS!

    • Tobias,
Are you using Google Translator? I have no idea what you are talking about.

"I find peculiar in reading above you. And from you"
I give you permission to skip my posts. Feel better now?

    • Potsherd,

I think you are spending too much time in the anti-zio bubble. You are starting to believe your own bullshit.

    • "why not accept the Religious diversity of Israel?"

I don't know if you are an American but statistically speaking there is more religious diversity in Israel than in the States. The US is 90% Christian while Israel is 70% Jewish. So who has more diversity? Most Arab countries and many Muslim countries identify themselves as "Islamic republics". Many are 99.9% Muslim. So how come you don't berate them for this state of affairs? How come they have a right to exist but not Israel? Quebec has crosses in many public buildings still. The Chruch of England is still the state religion in Britain.

    • Yikes. No question mark! A melting pot? Meant melting pot!
I am getting angry at the chutzpah of this woman. Better stop and cool off.

    • This Annie character went bonkers when I expressed an opinion about Islamism but here she is -this non Jew-pontificating about Judaism, remaking our destiny and dismissing in a most cavalier way a homeland that is meaninful to millions of people.Who the hell does she think she is? She wants a melting pot? Israel is already a melting pot?

    • "Israel is bad for the Jews.”
We will let you know when we have had enough of Israel!

You are slipping potsherd. Very cheap anti-zionist cliche.
Compared to this crap, the hasbara handbook is a work of art.

    • "world Jewry will turn against the Racist Oppressive Apartheid Zionist State of Israel. Not Israel mind you, but the Zionist State of Israel"
Dream on girl. You are out to lunch and your semantic games don't fool anyone. Furthermore, as an American, you don't get to decide shit about one or 2 states. Has nothing to do with you. Yes, I know you will trot out the 3 billion a year that apparently gives you a say. I will believe you when I read a post from you about how Mubarak should run Egypt.

  • Global flotilla hits NY chocolate shop
    • The problem with boycotting is the inconsistent message.
So far on this post there are 3 separate messages. I am sure, more might be drummed up as needed. I am sure Chaos will work in white phosphorus.
      1. Boycott Brenner because the chocolates are made in the OT by Arab workers (like working is a bad thing)
      2. Boycott Brenner because Brenner supports the Golani brigade which is involved in human right violations. So I am going to start boycotting Mars bars (which will do wonders for my waistline ) because American soldiers are in Afghanistan.
      3. Boycott Brenner because Israel is not allowing chocolate into Gaza therefore we are boycotting Israeli chocolate (not eating chocolate is totally heartbreaking, tell that to the starving children of the world)

      Conclusion: Garbled message. Ridiculous target.
Total amateurs these useful idiots (thank God).

    • Boycotting Brenner is going to be just as successful as boycotting Starbucks. I can imagine the patrons rolling their eyes at this meshugas while they are trying to enjoy their chocolate on Saturday morning. That 's really going to put them in a sweet disposition towards Gaza. Delusional!

  • Live stream of the flotilla--
    • "Ms. Zoabi is a member of the current Knesset, for the National Democratic Assembly (Balad)."

Shhhh! I thought Arab Israelis were barred from the Knesset?
      So there is democracy, no?

  • Schaeffer: 'the religion tends to feed exclusivity'
    • "And unless I'm with people who I am certain do not espouse Zionism or any form of oppression, I cannot comfortably honor theAnd unless I'm with people who I am certain do not espouse Zionism or any form of oppression, I cannot comfortably honor the tradition, or even be sure I want to be part of it."
Frankly, I don't understand why you live in Israel. You are not zioniste, you are not religious, you reject many aspects of judaism, and you are an American, meaning you have a choice to live in an another environment.

Oh I get it now. Glaze. haha. Where is that damn Oxycontin?
PS: We don't like Krispie Creme up here. Out of business.
      Too much glaze.
Only 10 more posts to go!

    • Did I hear Oxycontin? My drug of choice. 11 more posts to go.

    • potsherd, the violent,

May your thoughts be cursed by Hashem like you cursed my eggplants. May your mind be blighted and suffer untold agonies.

I am exhausted. How do you keep up?
      I am bored. Good night!

PS: I am sure you mean well. It is just that I can't be arsed to discuss anything. It is me, not you =:)

    • Lasting occupation?
      Subjugation?
      Dispossession?
      Apartheid?
      zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.................

    • "Sweetie, your eyes were veritable Krispie Creme donuts before I was born"

Did not get the joke. Am I very ancient? Damn right.
This kind of humour is lost on " French Canadians"
      Ciao!

    • I did not hear Itbach Al Falastin, did you?

      Rinse, repeat
      STFU!
      You are boring!

      Last communication. Over and out!

    • Damn. Typo! Al Yahood- not AK! See what I mean. My eyes are glazing over.

    • "ones of lasting occupation, subjugation, and dispossession of the indigenous people of Palestine. Include Apartheid"
I hate sloganeering. My eyes glaze over and my mind tunes out.
      Sorry, I can't help you.

    • "When the cult-mentality is that deep, as it is with so many Jews everywhere, reasoning that the Arab objection is to Zionism, not to Jews or Judaism, just does not have an impact, I’m afraid"

When they yell, Itbach Ak Yahood! (slaughter the jews), are they simply confused or is it because there is no phrase in Arabic for "kill the zionists"? Many Israelis believe they do mean it and they take them at their word.

    • Copy, paste
      STFU!

    • I should ignore you but I am itching to say the following:
Shut the fuck up, you are boring!
      Hat tip/ Taxi & Cliff.

    • It works both ways too, you know. The anti-zionists have also one dimensional view of Israel.

    • It is a great story. You guys probably have a lot more in common than you think. I will be curious to know about Bernie's reaction to the book. Keep us posted. So much passion about the I/P conflict. We need to cool it cause it is scary how people get carried away. It would not come to my mind to tailgate somebody because of a bumper sticker no matter how I feel about an issue.

  • Beinart's influence: 'Tablet' author says Israel is a bully and Zionism is toxic subject
    • I do enjoy Mooser witticisms but I have not followed his posts enough to know whether he is a spoiled child like the 2 "gentlemen" (cough, cough) you describe. I think it is an age thing.

    • "Yikes", you say. I am crushed =:)
Schmuel is right. Judaism like most Abrahamic religions is a community based religion. You can't be a jew by yourself. It is actually very hard to practice Judaism if you are not affiliated with a synagogue or don't live in a Jewish area. Now of course, you can be a secular Jew and do "jewy" things without any affiliation but you have to have a large extended family or be part of a social network. Eastern religions are different I believe and that's why they seem attractive to those who don't like "organized" religion.

    • Well , there is the Declaration of Independence.

    • "Many here have wondered if we would ever get a hasbarist worthy of this site. Maybe we have!"
That is so below the belt, Mooser! Very nasty. You love picking fights with friends and foes alike, don't you?
So fun to see trouble in the anti-zionist paradise though! This is how Israel comes out ahead.
PS: Lay off Shmuel. He is my favorite anti-zionist. Donald too. Unfortunately it is pretty much unrequited love at this stage.

    • Why is Chabad considered a cult, RW? I have had the opportunity to attend some events at various Chabad Houses and I found the young couples who ran them "modern" and ready to engage with all sorts of people. They don't convert anyone to their brand of orthodoxy really but they provide a religious place for the unaffiliated.

    • What is Israel to the average diaspora Jew?

      It is complicated :=)

    • She is a female.

    • "You have to at least have a shul you wouldn’t be caught dead in to be a Jew"
Haha! Funny! Good rewrite of the old Groucho nugget.
I resisted for many years and then I finally joined an extremely liberal Jewish Circle ( Lynn Gotlieb was the Rabbi). And it is even worse! Give me an Orthodox shul anytime. At least they relegated us females upstairs where we can ogle good looking men to our hearts' content.

    • He has no class but he is a fust-cless wordsmith!

    • Did you read the article Phil?
Ingall's conclusion does not reflect your headline.
"When you’re an American Jewish parent, ambivalence and sorrow about the state of Israel aren’t necessarily bad. Disengagement is. What I need to fight in myself is the tendency to tune out when I’m confused and upset. When I tune out, I can’t learn, and I can’t teach my own kids. Disagreement with Israel doesn’t mean not loving Israel, just as being upset with your own children doesn’t mean you don’t love them. But I need to engage with what frightens me, and my failure to do so is why it’s taken eight years to write this column."

  • Dershowitz falsely suggests that Chomsky is against the existence of Israel
    • Hey James,
Go ahead and ignore Hophmi's opinions. He is expressing the Israeli consensus. But you should not dismiss him if you have the Palestinians best interests.

    • Here comes CLIT, agent provocateur par excellence.
      Read my lips: FUCK YOU!

    • Hey Donald, as the only grown up around here who is usually willing to consider other points of view, you have to concede that
Hophmi is articulating very well the current Israeli position. This is how the secular majority thinks in Israel. He is not making excuses nor pushing any propaganda points. How can Phil & Co change hearts and minds if they don't listen to the the other side and validate their concerns without weighing in with quotes, counter quotes, damning pictures, and Youtube videos?

    • Hophmi,

Excellent posts. Thank you. Just what the doctor ordered for the Mondo dwellers: well reasoned, logical, and unemotional arguments.

  • Your Israel lobby at work: ZOA blasts Obama appointee for saying al-Quds
    • Hey, what am I, your secretary?

    • "You’re uncouth"
Really, which part? I thought I was being quite the sophisticate lady talking about the birds and the bees.
Hey, don't complain though, you started it! You called him a treasure! You are a "she" right? Yikes!

    • Yonira,
Cliff & Chaos together? That's very ballsy of you. You better take cover. Cliff might come after you with his scimitar and Chaos with his pink feather boa. What a sight. But we better cool it here with the imagery, we are zionists after all, we don't do nastiness =:) Besides we might be banned! And where would we go?

    • Didn't you get my memo about French Canadians?

    • MRW,
Yes, he is a treasure of the mad dog variety. He probably is still a virgin. It is high time his parents went to India to arrange a marriage for him because all this pent up sexual repression is making him extremely aggressive. But it is nothing of course that a good old roll in the hay could not fix. The dude needs to mellow. He sounds like a rottweiler. I love the way he always sign off with, "You are boring". What a sad sack paneer!

    • Hey Walid, I have to stop this delightful conversation to go to my health club. But before I sign off, I want to correct the record. Talking points are for the clits (I mean Cliff) of the world. I have opinions formed by personal experience.

"she seems to be trying extra hard to be a pain in everybody’s ass for some reason", Nah, I am just being myself and you are just uptight.

    • Mr. CLIT Patel, you are simply froathing at the mouth nuts!

    • "She’s flirting with you"
      Pretty, pretty good, Demize.
Walid could be devastatingly handsome, you know. I am not taking any chances.

    • "Not sucking up, Rachel" I was joking FFS.
"you’re not my type" Not need to be rude!

    • Don't suck up now I will lose respect for you in the morning!

    • "we know you’re in Toronto, the most borring place on earth"

We finally agree on something. How about that?

    • I say otel!

    • By the way I can pronounce the het and the ain very well thank you, but it is considered slightly declasse nowadays. I don't want anyone to think I am low class!
I say KHOUMOUS! And most Canadians say KHAMMES

    • Re: KHHHH- This in reference to a little argument I was having with Taxi.
Yes, I agree everybody should stay on their side of the border.
But you still have not solved your Hhhhhizbolah problem in Lebanon. Hope you do if you are not a shia.
PS: I actually like Lebanese people.

    • You mean challah, as in the bread?

    • Happy Liberation Day! Yes, keep us liberated from KHHHHHHHIZBALLAH!

    • Do we have any details on the audience Brenan was adressing? But in any case Morton your are being stupid here, reserve your fury for serious stuff ! 99% of Americans don't know what the term means.
May be the guy was just trying to show off his Arabic! Or wink at Muslims that they will no longer be harassed at airports? Who cares, Phil?

  • Gaza extremists target children's camp
    • "the next time you drag your gutter mouth into a thread attempting to smear a religion i will be armed w/enough ammunition to embarrass you again"

Looks who is delusional. You are nuts. You think you are omnipotent. Read this smear cunt: Fuck you and your muslim friends.

    • "Your comment shows a lack of awareness on the issue:

Hey, I read " What Went Wrong" by Bernard Lewis! Yes, I know you are going to call him a neocon and dismiss his vast scholarship.

    • Hizbollah does not have enough power to change the legal system in Lebanon. And Hamas is slowly trying to impose sharia law in bits and pieces here and there.

    • I hope you know the difference between Islamic and Islamist!
Islamic is the religion which I have no problems with. As long as people practice their religion peacefully, I could not give a rat's ass whether they are Jewish, Boudhists, or Hindus. People are entitled to their beliefs.
Islamist is the politicization of religion. That's Hamas.

Furthermore, dissing Judaism as retaliation for my comment is very, very immature. You think I care? Why should you waste your time on me? You should worry about the views on Islam of millions of Americans and Europeans. They are far from positive and you know it. No amount of dissing Judaism is going to make people forget the religion of those who are attempting to blow up shit in the name of Islam. Deal with it without " your religion sucks too" argument.
      Good night!
