  • Eden Abergil responds to critics: 'I can’t afford Arab-lovers to ruin the perfect life I live! I’ve got no remorse and no regrets.'
    • Sorry, I can't help the fact P. Weiss was interesting a couple of years ago but has, thankfully, fallen into the usual fundamentalist rut.

Hugo Chavez is using the "character assassination" defense to great effect these days.

    • ‘I can’t afford Israel-lovers to ruin the perfect life I live! I’ve got no remorse and no regrets.’ - Phillip Weiss?

Maybe not a far cry from reality.

“What to do about Philip Weiss? Great writer. But he’s crazy.”

  • 1000s of Israeli police said to be evacuating/erasing historical Bedouin village
    • VR, it is the measure of a man of when he can admit that he was wrong.

I guess you can't admit you were wrong about Anarchism and my alleged mention of it. Pathetic. Typical of the members of this site, sadly.

Also you can't back up the claim I'm a liar either. Equally pathetic. This site offers me nothing in the way of worthy opponents. I "am disappoint."

    • Gush Katif, Ammona

      Look those up.

    • Where did I lie again?

Anyone man enough to back up the claim? If not I have no issue in trying to find a worthy opponent elsewhere. So far the candidates here have been extremely lackluster.

    • Mooser you're right, you know more from your blog than I do from having been there.

You are truly an expert on the subject.

    • Zebra I'm sorry, but they are not my issues.

I've been called a liar by two people, yet they fail to provide any such example of where I lied. Odd.

    • Yeah, I guess I'm the only Zionist that voted for Obama.

    • Gee, nice straw man. Yeah, I said the Israeli government was benevolent.

As soon as Hamas makes one mistake, I'm sure you lot will be all over it. I'll keep my eyes peeled for that day when their perfect record is tarnished.

    • Are you saying Phillip isn't technologically advanced enough to find this out himself?

You can easily find out quite a bit of information in the trackbacks to these articles.

    • I mean, the Israeli government involved in whole sale anti-Semitism.

The Palestinians are a semitic people. What is your point?

    • translation..

VR can't back his shit up. LOL the archives. This is like the 2nd article I've ever even commented on HAHA

Some expert. You sure showed me! Anarchism and all.

    • So for those keeping score, VR 0 Slagbom 2

I know facts can be pesky, so I don't blame you for being too afraid to deal with them.

    • Oh and by the way, naming Anarchists in the same sentence with skin heads does not do a damn thing, it just further reveals your intentions.

I said "National Anarchists." They believe in 'ethnic tribalism.'

      link to en.wikipedia.org

You fail to grasp even the most basic concepts. Sad and pathetic. I'm still waiting for you to backup the claim that I'm a "liar." Man up son.

    • Where have I lied again? Funny I keep asking that and nobody can put forth any evidence that I lied about anything.

    • Yes, calling someone "dense" isn't an ad hominem. You tell em Avi!

    • I’m not trying to get cute. I’m merely pointing out your idiotic in-your-face ignorance.

So anyone who can't read Hebrew is an idiot? Amazing point you proved there. I guess you showed me.

And my “secret Jew speak” is called Hebrew. Now, who’s the Nazi exactly?

Wait, so referring to Hebrew (a synonym for the word 'Jew') is indicative of a someone who is a Nazi?

I'm learning lots today. I guess if I'm going to swim in a sea of treasure, I should be prepared to choke on a few pieces of gold.

    • Where have I lied again Avi? Please, don't be shy.

I love hearing someone who resorts to childish name calling be so keen to discuss debate tactics.

I can prove quite easily that this website is being cited and discussed by a number of A3P, aka the white-only party, members as we speak. They don't bother to hide it very well.

    • Better go on another birthright trip, you might wind up in an Ulpan by mistake and learn a little Hebrew.

I wasn't aware I was eligible for birthright seeing as how I'm not Jewish and I'm over the age of 25.

I paid for my own ticket to Israel, thank you. Same with Jordan and all the other arab countries I visited.

I love your use of secret Jew speak. Either way, I can read Arabic so please, use that if you want to get cute.

    • Sure. 90%

Israel received billions in aid guarantees from the US in exchange for its peace treaty with Egypt.

So first it's I'm a liar about the 90%... and the it's Welll, the returned it, but begrudgingly? Ok.

You’re a liar because you’re dense AND because you’re simply a liar. Do you have amnesia? You said “All defensive”. Therefore, you’re a liar.

Keep the ad hominem attacks coming Avi, they are the earmarks of a truly intelligent man.

So when Egypt blockaded Israel that was fine and dandy but now that Israel has Gaza under a blockade it's time for a 'resistance?'

Funny logic, or lack of logic rather.

    • “Four Navy Ishllachs all. Azatata Uppmach Ann

      Gela fifth Mai Neachmu”

Arabic please. That I can read without the stupid translator. I have no idea what this nonsense means.

    • How am I lying? They occupied it, they gave it back.

I'm a liar when I say they gave back 90% of land captured, which includes Sinai? You just backed me up. Thanks pimp!

    • Avi what does "Four Navy Ishllachs all. Azatata Uppmach Ann

      Gela fifth Mai Neachmu" mean?

Could you please switch to Arbabic? I can read that. Hebrew forces me to use the translator.

    • Avi, if you want to dispute facts you'll need to do a tad better than that.

It's pretty simple really, since Sinai is included in that 90% that is a fair chunk of land. Israel was kind enough to develop it with tourism and the return it to Egypt, oil reserves intact.

    • Pawned? The only pawn here is you, friendo. Sad really.

    • " But unfortunately for them the Zionists now want their land."

If Israel's objective is a land grab then they suck at it. They've given back over 90% of the land they've captured (all in defensive wars).

Most of Israel is uninhabited, which you'd know if you'd been there vs oh, reading about it on a blog.

There is no need for more land, there is plenty there.

    • Nope. Just pointing out that your use of 'apologist' as an insult fails hard.

    • hobbyist, nice observation.

finally, someone who's interested in facts and logistics vs random bashing.

    • Oh and another thing that is interesting is all over Israel you see these little Bedouin shacks set up. They have some goats and some trash scattered around. They are very basic shelters. Nobody bothers them.

The thing is though, if you live in Israel and don't have a building permit you are at risk for demolition. This holds true no matter what bearded man in the sky or flying spaghetti monster you worship.

    • "In modern times, apologists refers to authors, writers, editors or academic journals, and leaders known for defending the points in arguments, conflicts or positions that receive great popular scrutinies or are minority views."

Really. So you are admitting that the Anti-Israel/Jews are the devil position is the most popular one.

Funny how so many conspiracy nuts and truthers take the road less traveled unless that road holds promise of portraying Israel or the Jews poorly.

    • Ironic since many of the people whom you are rubbing shoulders with here are National Anarchists, Skinheads and BNP members who spew their American 3rd Position white power rubbish all over the interwebs.

    • Oh where oh where is Chaos4700 to speak on behalf of the thousands of Jews who have also been forcibly evicted from their homes by the Israeli government & had their homes demolished.

You must have been on holiday whenever that happened.

    • I once was walking down the road from Beit She'an to the Jordanian River Crossing and this car came screaming up the road and whipped a U-turn. These two Israeli Arabs (of bedouin decent) told me to "get in."

We ended up going to Amman and having a great weekend. We even saw some "strippers" (who kept their clothes on) and I bailed them out of a bit of trouble too hehe

Anyhow, I am called a zionist here for stating my opinions and experiences as well as being accused of being "a Jew" etc etc.. Oh well. For me I think the Bedouins are pretty cool and they can speak English, Arabic and Hebrew. Also they serve in the army.

Others smuggle drugs, which I have to thank them for because I did enjoy a bit of their hash.

  • Facebook prohibits the word 'Palestinian'
  • Viral IDF dancing video unwittingly reveals reality in Hebron
    • They danced here because that is where they were stationed. They get moved around an awful lot.

    • So let me get this straight. For having gone to Hebron I'm a Zionist. For talking about it I'm a troll. For having been born Christian (something I have a hard time undoing) I'm somehow throwing rocks at Arabs and colluding with a settler?

When I say I'm Christian that doesn't mean I go to church morons, that is the 'box' I fall into.

There are no Jewish only roads. You people are insane.

    • unverified__2l99f1a1 July 13, 2010 at 5:12 am

For the settlers he is not a hero. For Kahanists, a small radical fringe of Israelis, he is.

Truth can be far more boring than lies, so I understand why you feel the need to make stuff up.

    • unverified__2l99f1a1 July 13, 2010 at 5:11 am

A very very VERY small percentage of Israeli settlers approve of Goldstein. They are called Kahanists and are branded terrorists by the Israeli government.

In fact anyone suspected of such association has their home demolished and is imprisoned from time to time. If nothing can be proved they are released and the whole process starts all over again.

Settlers in Hebron can be a problem, everyone agrees. In fact, post-Goldstein Hebron means much of what the IDF is tasked with doing is protecting the Palestinians from harm when they go into the Cave of the Patriarchs to worship. (the temple shared by both religions where this massacre took place).

The settlers /= the government. They are given a pretty hard time and are just as easily evicted as anyone else if they are living somewhere that isn't 100% legal.

    • It could be disinformation.

It could also be just some bored soldiers dancing. I love conspiracy theorists. You should really read about Occam's razor.

    • unverified__2l99f1a1 July 13, 2010 at 5:06 am

Where is your stories about Jewish children having to go to school on buses with bulletproof glass? I guess you passed that one up.

    • unverified__2l99f1a1 July 13, 2010 at 5:04 am

Schwartzman, surely you are equally appalled by phosphorous being used by Hamas too? Maybe you forgot to chime in when the shoe was on the other foot. Now is your chance:

    • Uh, I didn't know annotations on a youtube video were considered a citation for research.

I am a Christian and I have been to Hebron many times and I am not a settler and can walk the street with no restrictions. Also in H2 there are many Palestinians. I saw them their in the pottery shop and crossing into checkpoints.

This whole idea of Jewish only roads is a lie, but I don't think anyone here cares about the truth.
