I do believe there is a real split. The old saying 2 Jews, 5 Opinions (or whatever is) existed for a reason. Side note: do all of you commenters have like, lives, outside of this board?
Very good post thanks.
Yeah, the anti-gentilism is so bad that 50% of us marry gentiles! Have you even a clue what your talking about?
Oh, and your ignorance of US Welfare policy is egregious. We did NOT have a generous welfare state prior to the 1960s that was then mysteriously eroded. All we had are Social Security and unemployment. Medicare and Medicaid came in with Johnson's Great Society. Try learning some history.
The commentary article is not a very good one at all, full of obfuscations and distraction. Yet I do have to sympathize with the writer when he mocks your many articles on "Jewish identity." Often they are simply mushy, narcissistic ramblings that have absolutely nothing to do with the I/P issue and serve only to fuel anti-semites. Stick to your excellent reporting on the lobby.
This is dissapointing from Walzer. His earlier texts were magnificent creations. It seems his age has made him want to hunker down. Good thing there are those of us who don't reject the Haskalah.
And how dare you speak for the rest of the "establishment" and say it has nothing to do with sympathy for people of color. What do you know? My mother does pro-bono drug counseling work with African-American communities and has done so for most of her life. My father is a psychiatrist and works on making sure adequete healthcare is extended to the underserved. Speak for yourself Phil.
This post shows why Phil needed to benefit from a kinship network. How does this have ANYTHING to do with Israel/Palestine?
I'm no fan of Goldberg, but what I was getting at are the consequences to the arms race that Obama spoke of in the interview.
Do you actually have anything to say about the strategic situation discussed in the conversation?
Not surprisingly they've gotten a lot of calls. Here is one Jew who will be requesting his resignation immediately.
Citizen, after reviewing some of your literally 15,000 comments, it is obvious that you have an idee' fix on Jews and every sin that some of us has committed. We are not a perfect people, as I'm sure you have become aware of through your monomaniacal research. But I'm curious what your real politics are, given that are regularly seen to visit Steve Sailer and other sites very popular among white nationalists. Are you comfortable living in a pluralistic society? Or do you only take exception to Jews doing so? Is your problem with Israel? Or is like, like Kevin MacDonald, with all our culturally subversive activities?
I like Ron Paul's ad. But the problem with foreign policy is that its likely that you can't just treat others as you wish to be treated (as implied in this video). You don't think China or other economic powers would seek to establish military bases if we didn't have them? Its Game Theory 101.
