“Paul Ryan heading to Vegas on Tuesday, will be at Sheldon Adelson’s Venetian resort, per Nevada source,” CNN’s Peter Hamby reports. And this is from the Las Vegas Review-Journal:
Ryan, a congressman from Wisconsin, will attend a private fundraising event at The Venetian, which is owned by Sheldon Adelson. The Sands Corp. chief is a generous GOP donor who already has contributed $10 million to a political action committee, Restore Our Future, supporting Romney’s campaign.
Oh and here’s something about Ryan’s intellectual idol, Ayn Rand. She said Arabs were savages and culturally undeveloped.

When you have civilized men fighting savages, you support the civilized men, no matter who they are. Israel is a mixed economy inclined toward socialism. But when it comes to the power of the mind—the development of industry in that wasted desert continent—versus savages who don’t want to use their minds, then if one cares about the future of civilization, don’t wait for the government to do something. Give whatever you can. This is the first time I’ve contributed to a public cause: helping Israel in an emergency.

Note, at first Rand dismissed Palestinians as a sub-species of humans because they did not produce high technology.

off to vegas, huh? my advice to ryan is to refrain from soliciting any prostitutes, legal or otherwise. not that sheldon would have knowledge of such things. gambling and prostitution are like oil and water. apples and oranges. and both are legal in [parts of NV] anyway, so presumably a bit of recreation for ryan is not something he would have to defend, according to the likes of fredrickblogosphere. waking up from a drug-induced nap, covered in the hooker’s blood, now that might be a bit more problematic. that’s how it happens sometimes. (‘what happens in vegas, stays in vegas’). in the movies anyhow.
Romney, Ryan, and everybody who would deny the power of the Z lobby needs to be asked what they think of this quote, and asked why it is never reported in our media:

It was an American uniform, although my wife was in the IDF and one of my daughters was in the IDF … our two little boys, one of whom will be bar mitzvahed tomorrow, hopefully he’ll come back– his hobby is shooting – and he’ll come back and be a sniper for the IDF,” Adelson said at the event.
