I bet O’Reilly and FOX won’t say a word about this ‘war on Christmas’

Haaretz covers the religious war on Christmas displays in Jerusalem. Remember, Herzl promised the Pope and European political leaders he’d extraterritorialize the holy places.

Yeah, well, Herzl made a lot of phony promises about what Zionism would be about.

BTW, as of the time I am posting my comment, I can’t make the link work. The HTML code in the anchor tag might need to be doublechecked.

One day they’ll spit on the Christmas tourists and it will make the news.

Israel is having disputes with the Vatican over control it wants over holy sites, Israel won’t give it.

  3. Michael Chabon provided us with an alternative history of what Alaska might look like if Israel had never been born, but we have not had an alternative history of what Israel would look like had it been born in 1900 complying to Herzl’s promises rather than 1948 in reaction to all the history that took place in between 1900 and 1948.

Ask Lincoln if fiction freed the slaves.

And fiction whipped up support for the ethnic cleansing of Palestine at the hands of Ari ben Canaan – a name steeped in irony.
