NYT on Palin’s trip to Israel and Palestine, “wearing a large Star of David pendant”:
On her arrival in the country on Sunday, Ms. Palin paid a visit to the Wailing Wall, one of Israel’s holiest sites.
The wailing wall is in annexed East Jerusalem, an annexation the world does not recognize. The Washington Post makes the same important mistake in this photo caption.
Meantime, the Miami Herald (in partnership with a Jewish paper) puts the occupied territories in Israel.

The Fogel family was murdered in their beds on the night of the March 11, by a group Palestinians who stabbed Udi (father age 36) Ruth (mother age 35), Yoav (age 11), Elad (age 4) and Hadas (age 3 months) in the their home located in Itamar, Israel.
