After a New York Magazine article exposed a crisis within the Anti-Defamation League, CEO Jonathan Greenblatt is finally being asked tough questions about the organization’s attacks on Palestine activists and its embrace of Israel.

In a momentous vote, the National Education Association voted to cut all ties with the Anti-Defamation League. The reason? “Despite its reputation as a civil rights organization, the ADL is not the social justice educational partner it claims to be.” 

The Drop the ADL from Schools campaign seeks to challenge the role the Anti-Defamation League plays in promoting anti-Palestinian racism in K-12 schools across the U.S.

The Anti-Defamation League misrepresents itself as an expert on antisemitism and bias when, in fact, it is a divisive political interest group that unconditionally supports Israel. Educators should cut all ties with the ADL.

Despite clear video evidence and statements from aid groups, ADL’s Jonathan Greenblatt says Israeli forces blocking Palestinian ambulances is “complete fiction.”
