It’s the Crying Game All Over Again: ‘Lawrence’ Turns Out to Be ‘Florence’

Addendum to the post two down: Lawrence of Cyberia, who I'd imagined played by Peter O'Toole in the big movie about the leftwing blogosphere, turns out to be a girl. I used the wrong pronoun. Should have said, "She." Lawrence signed her latest note to me, Florence of Cyberia. And I thought I had identity issues.

Interesting to check out what was promised the Arabs by Lawrence–none of which came to pass, though they helped to defeat his employer's enemies. Not very romantic after all, despite those Irish blue eyes, wild geese both…
