in the highest percentage of any groups' vote. Time for change, they demand, time to be even-handed, time to end the conflict–yes, we can, as Americans. When Israel uses American-supplied weapons to
kill Palestinians, we Americans must demand Israel honor international law, "a true friend tells you what you don't want to hear, not just what you do want to hear." Ask hard questions to BOTH sides, not just repeat one-sided sound bites!"

Summing up American Muslim community, and Muslim world community around the world: Expect Obama to be fair, and comply with international law, asking for inclusion, for rule of law–Obama needs to recognize his 89% strong Arab-American (mostly Christian) constituency; if they are equal citizens, they should be treated so.

What never fails to amaze me is that if the United States was doing what Israel is doing in Gaza, every "progressive" Jew in this country would be unilaterally condemning the US, and rightly so.
But Israel gets a pass by so many of those "progressives".
It's not even a matter of dual loyalty. The double standard smacks of uni loyalty.

Calls by Hamas to Palestinians to take revenge on Israel are apparently finding a receptive audience. A Palestinian air conditioner technician this morning entered a synagogue in Kiryat Sefer in Upper Modi'in and stabbed a rabbi and another man with a screwdriver before escaping. A security guard in the area reportedly subsequently shot and critically wounded a Palestinian, possibly the stabber or an accomplice.

Your hopes that Obama would change US polocy in the region was tragically wrong. He was and is a con man who fooled the naive as badly as Madoff.
He has has come out in support of this massacre.
US policy in the region will not change until the power of the Israel lobby is broken. We can expect more massacres until that happens.
Obama first of all fools himself–it was in the dice; look at how he
dissed his white family segment; yet it's more convoluted–now, he's
dissing the Pals, whom he recognized as those who suffer the most
in the middle east–what is consistent about Obama is that he comes out in actual favor of whichever will bring him and/or keep him in power… watch him change like a eco-light bulb, depending
on which way the wind blows, which he will learn, as always, from
Rabbi Axelrod…
