When will a U.S. congressman send this angry letter to the Secretary of State?

To: Office of David Miliband [British Foreign Secretary]
Subject: URGENT: From Jeremy Corbyn [Member of Parliament, from a north London district]

Dear David Miliband,

I am shocked, appalled, and very angry at the behaviour by Israel in bombing Gaza, killing 145 people and injuring a further 200. This is nothing more than an act of wanton aggression by a very powerful and well armed state, against a largely unarmed, and defenceless population living in what is a virtual open air prison of Gaza.

I hope the British Government will do a bit more than simply a ritual condemnation of this attack, and state clearly and firmly to Israel that this behavior constitutes a breach of the EU Israel Trade Association Agreement, is illegal under the Geneva Conventions relation to armed conflict, and therefore requires immediate and very strong diplomatic and economic action against the aggressor.

We look to you to ensure that this happens immediately.

Yours sincerely,
Jeremy Corbyn MP

Out of the 535 KongressKlowns which grace Capitol Hill with their august presences, I can think of no more than a handful in the House, and NONE in the Senate, who would question U.S. policy toward Israel.

The U.S. Congress, as was proven this autumn during the Paulson looting, is nothing but a supine, useless rubber stamp.

Why expect leadership from a clown posse …

the world really needs politicians who don't see everthing between good and evil and black or white or other crap like that, and are willing to talk to thier supposed enimies and friends but unfortunately they don't make politicans like that anymore. instead we get politicians who act like 2 year olds .
