    Bush and Obama shunned military service, but think it's cool to have guys at video screens in a Virginia bunker, using a joystick to blow up Third World houses and whoever may be in them.

    The distinguishing features of America's decades-long line of failed Commanders in Chief are personal cowardice coupled with abysmal ignorance of military strategy. Thus their destructive attachment to the obsolete U.S. military empire, which is sucking away America's wealth and ultimately will leave it as another washed-up empire like the U.K., dreaming of its former imperial glory in an increasingly tattered, threadbare present.

    Wouldn't it be great to see Obama and Bush make a simultaneous appearance in The Hague, shackled and manacled together like the hooliganistic perps they are?

    Johann Hari not long ago interviewed the British writer Hanif Kureshi, this is what he said about Pakistan:

Anyone who wants to see if this is true, check out Joachim's blog and compare the content to the childish drooling dribblets Chris posts to this blog. Myself and some friends did. We are getting on this Gaza issue. We are learning as fast as we can. What we've learned since the beginning of the year is an eye-opener for us.

    Thank you moon, I had forgotten all about that bit of satire directed at some supporter of Islamic Fascism. Sent well over 2 years ago. Regardless, the law firm wasn't mine, just someone I know. The firm exists. Or at least existed.
