Taub is a legal adviser in the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs and a big promoter of Israel's image abroad. Says this hasbara website:

1. How has Israel modified its Dolphin class submarines to launch nuclear weapons?
2. What payload does each submarine have in nuclear weapons?
3. Does strategic ambiguity serve the American people, who count on the Symington Amendment as a counter proliferation mechanism, or only the Israeli government and cowed administrations?
4. Do Israel's Jericho-1 and Jericho-2 ballistic missiles have MIRV capability?
5. Did Israel's US collaborators break any US laws to help arm Israel with nuclear weapons?
6. Should Israel's nuclear weapons become part of negotiations with Iran, or should they (as Eric Alterman and the rest of the "Y" crew suggest) always remain "off the table"?

Of course he leaves his opponents speechless. He probably assumes his conclusion and then reasons back to it, not to mention asserting factual positions having no basis in reality. When you argue with people like him, you wind up debating specific facts, leaving him free to push his pre-ordained conclusions.
For example, I'll bet he starts by assuming:
*God gave Israel to the Jews
*The Muslims, and only the Muslims, got Palestine by conquest. What about the Jews, according to the Old Testament? Just how did they get there? See above.
* The Muslims, along with the rest of the world, bear responsibility for the Nazi genocide of the Jews.
* Muslims deny the Nazi genocide of the Jews, esp. Ahmadinejad. Tuab probably ignores Israel denying the Armenian Holocaust.
* Muslims are terrorists, ignoring Dier Yassin and other examples of Zionist terror, or soft peddles it (the loudspeakers fell off the trucks so the Irgun couldn't warn the villagers).
And all the usual hasbara.

Trial law is argument.
Legislation (enacted statutes and rules) and executive orders are not, except to the extent judicial interpretation is allowed, and how soon, and with full due process.
