Perhaps its tangential, but I am extremely disturbed by the report you linked to about Blair – Gordon Brown's talk of a new world order and all the other references to the nature of a relationship with Obama make me want to reach for my revolver. By the grace of God though this latest referendum will go crashing down like all the others before it, and Brown will get the much deserved boot in the next election.
Also, it will be one thing if the architects of the Iraq War and even the financial crisis get off the hook, but for Tony Blair to become the first New Roman Emperor would make me almost ready to believe that we are living in end times.
