But America does not describe the world. Antisemitism has not disappeared from the world even if it is at a low ebb in America. You are suggesting that the young neoconservatives should have abandoned Israel to the wolves because America is a safe place for Jews.
(There are valid arguments to be made against the neoconservative world view and indeed against support for Israel, but this is not one of them.)
