This is the Caroline Glick tv show Latma, a right wing comedy show. There is a segment in it of an "interview" with Obama Saturday Night Live style with a comedian playing Obama and then he breaks into song. I’m sure it is some classic melody I recognize and on the tip of my tongue but can’t name (Frank Sinatra I’m almost positive). The lyrics are amazing and provided in the subtitles. The song starts at 2:26 in the video.
