Here's Rbguy at Daily Kos urging people to weigh in with their congresspeople to back a more evenhanded policy in the Middle East and noting that SOS Clinton's efforts are being supported by a wide-ranging set of Muslim, Christian and Jewish groups. That's the only coalition that can take on the Israel lobby. (But the horse may be out of the barn already.)

I'm not sure what your thought is, but I felt the most suprising omissions from the list of signatories are Senator Sanders (VT), Senator Leahy (VT), and Senator Webb (VA). Also, I thought that Senator Kerry (MA) would be on that list, since he just went to visit Gaza, Israel, and Syria in an effort at diplomacy. Also: note that the first commenter at Kos calls the 2-state solution "the emperor's new clothes." It may have been possible 20 years ago, no longer.
