Netanyahu’s coalition partner says ‘I have killed lots of Arabs… and there is no problem’

on 15 Comments

I can’t wait for the liberal Zionists to wrap their arms around this one! Economy and trade minister Naftali Bennett, a key coalition partner in Netanyahu’s government, drops the veil.  David Sheen mentioned this in his post on racism yesterday. Here is the Jerusalem Post‘s report on the rightwing leader’s comments during a Cabinet meeting about releasing Palestinian prisoners:

According to Yediot Aharonot, Bennett said, “If you catch terrorists, you simply have to kill them.”

National Security Adviser Yaakov Amidror reportedly responded by saying that “this is not legal.”

Bennett then allegedly retorted, “I have killed lots of Arabs in my life – and there is no problem with that.”

Amnon Be’eri-Sulitzeanu, co-executive director of the Abraham Fund Initiatives, told The Jerusalem Post that it is unacceptable that Bennett generalizes that all Arabs are terrorists and that “in no country would they allow a minister to speak about its citizens using this kind of language.”

In any other country, such a minister would be dismissed, he said.

Furthermore, Be’eri- Sulitzeanu finds it problematic that nobody is complaining about this.

“He cannot talk like this about citizens of the state,” he said. “We are not at war with all Arabs, but with some of them.”

Thanks to Max Blumenthal.

    Aren’t we sensitive here?
Mr. Bennet was one of the commander at the elite commando unit, actively participating in numerous battles, yes -with Arabs. Who else has a military conflict with Israel- Russians, Germans or Chinese?
Your president had ordered a numerous Arabs and others killed by the soldiers paid by your taxes- it’s a nature of military combat to kill your enemies, otherwise it would be all unicorns and rainbows around us.

Thank you for your opinion on warfare. What has that got to do with Naftali Bennett’s shocking admission about murder? He is a senior political figure in the ruling coalition government. He is a role model to his own significant electorate and to many others.
And Naftali Bennet called for the extrajudicial murder of captured Palestinian combatants (or whatever “terrorists” means to him).
Aren’t you disturbed by his call?

Phil, please send a letter to Naftali Bennett, thanking him for his very frank talk. Bennett jettisoned the usual diplomatic niceties, and said what he really thought. Bennett is an open and honest racist, who has no problem with killing Arabs.
Many Israeli Jews think this way, but not all are as brutally honest. In Israel, Jews can kill Palestinians with impunity.

“Furthermore, Be’eri- Sulitzeanu finds it problematic that nobody is complaining about this.”

Well, people are complaining, the problem is that none of these people are in the Congress or the Oval Office.

But don’t worry about Bennett, the next time he comes to the US he will still get the handshakes and kosher dinners. Hell, Foxman might even give him an award for fighting terra.

Foxman will cry with joy by shaking his hand.
That Foxman can still get away calling himself a liberal is shocking.

” Israel’s Minister of Industry Trade and Labor and of Religious Affairs Naftali Bennett said, “I’ve killed many Arabs in my life and there’s no problem with that.” Asked to clarify his statement, Bennett’s spokesperson told 972 Magazine that he was speaking not of all Arabs, but of Arab militants who are captured — in other words, prisoners of war.”

As I pointed out on another thread , he is admitting he murdered unarmed Prisoners of war.

Is that not a war crime and if so how many war crimes are you guilty of Mr Zio supremacist.

    This is what Bennett means.

Many of the comments in Israeli media support Bennett’s remarks. One vile comment in the Times of Israel: “Give him a free ticket to dearborn mich. lots of work to do.”

I am posting this from Dearborn, Michigan.

Whopsie daisy ex commando confessed that he killed terrorists during his service.
And for the record commando units operating behind enemy lines don’t take prisoners. They might capture one for interrogation but he is tough out of luck
    at the end.
On occasion when commandos don’t kill prisoners (civilians sometimes) shitty things happen to them.

Well in that case Mr. Bennet, why should someone have a problem with killing a lot of Jews with rockets or suicide bombing? From their view you are nothing else but terrorists.

No one is stating the obvious?

“I have killed lots of “Jews” in my life – and there is no problem with that.”

Oh well, that’s different isn’t it?
