I don't see why Phil or Joachim would be distasteful to many Jews, since they are both really concerned with Jewish safety. In the end, I think their concern is with transforming America rather than conserving it.
Yes the same people who object are the ones who have no problem with West Bank Settlers throwing a teenage boy off a roof at a wedding, the IDF smashing an elderly womens head against concrete or knee capping a Palestinian for the joy of watching him bleed to death. Mr. Martillo makes some very salient points, but it's a bit much to blame (practically) the creation of the 'slip and fall fraud industry' on Jews.
Martillo and Weiss are the most courageous, honest and effective whistleblowers on the US Nation of Zion, which is why they get so much flack.

I agree with Ed, and Phil and Joachim. My experience includes working against the slip and fall industry as a defense attorney–quite a racket, with the same repetitive players (PI attorneys and doctors, etc) over and over again–end result is the little old lady with a perfect driving record gets her premium raised.
And also ditto her home insurance.
