‘Lesser figure than Moyers would be blacklisted…’

MJ Rosenberg writes of the Foxman-Moyers exchange of letters:

Foxman says that by criticizing the war, Moyers demonstrates "moral equivalency, racism, historical revisionism, and indifference to terrorism...." ...Moyers is just lucky he is not some lesser figure. Someone other than Moyers might simply disappear from PBS if he was libeled this way.

That is how it works. Just not this time.

Rosenberg has been around. He does not make this type of statement idly.

  1. Me says:

Gentiles and Jews alike were better off without such an organization. They are coexistant humans, not groups which must be divided and protected from each other, as Foxman would make us believe

  2. citizen says:

Moral equivalence? You mean like Kant? Please. Jews as a collective have not survived intact as a group by listening to Kant. Jews look
at history and they see they survive as a distinct group. The goys, eyes focused on pie in the sky, don't. Pretty simple. Nobody influential has seen this clearly–except Hitler. Presently, Israel
is confirming Hitler's vision. Not a problem, except Uncle Sam, the one super-power, is sucking Israel's dick.

The ADL is all-powerful. Bigger people than Moyers have been punished after crossing the ADL. Moyers is cooked.

  4. Colin Murray says:

    "Moyers is cooked."

Maybe, but if he is, it will be seen by many that he is being cooked by the Lobby. Awareness will spread.

  5. D. says:

The question is, will he ever speak of Israel in the future in a less than reverential tone? I predict not.

Either reverence or silence, but he won't put himself through this again. What's he got to gain?
