Livni seemed flummoxed at the National Press Club last week. And now there's this. Yedioth Ahranoth reports:
Israel's concerns
about possible international lawsuits following Operation Cast Lead is
apparently growing, as even the fate of Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni's
trip to Brussels remained vague until the very last minute, fearing she
may face legal action in Belgium for alleged war crimes.

We're talking about a seachange in international opinion and Israel's understanding of itself.

Israelis will just tell themselves it's "antisemitism." And it will spur them to even more vengeful atrocities next time.
The "Jewish problem" isn't going away any time soon.
Nope. The USA government, excepting only a few like Ron Paul and Dennis Kucinich, are a bunch of blind Quislings. All they desire is to stay in power, or gain more, with the fringe benefits. There is ever-decreasing
nobility or virtue in the successive USA regimes in my lifetime.
If GAZA wasn't, isn't a litmus test, I don't know what is–
Serves the dreadful bitch right.
I don't think this is a seachane. This has happened before with Israeli leaders going to Belgium. Belgium has spacial war crimes laws that allow foreigers to be tried for external crimes.
