From Israel National News, a rightwing service:
A new survey conducted by Israel Democracy Institute reveals that a whopping 77 percent of immigrants from the Former Soviet Union (FSU) support the transfer of Arabs out of the Jewish State.
When I was much, much younger and protesting against the Korean war, against a whites-only bowling alley and complaining publicly about problems in the US, I was frequently told, "If you don’t like it here, go back to Russia!!" Now, I find myself ready to tell the Russian Jews the very same thing.

Which should include another Russian émigré: Orly Taitz, the rabid Pro-Israel ex-AIPAC delegate ranting from Tel Aviv on MSNBC yesterday about her birth certificate campaign against the US President.
And not one broadcast had the balls to ask what she was doing in Israel, nor ask if Israel had anything to do with this campaign. Which we all know it does since Brian Williams reported once 1.5 years ago that the emails claiming Obama was a Muslim and questioning his citizenship were emanating from Israel and Brooklyn. Then there was the Republican Jewish Coalition – and former US Ambassador Danny Ayalon (Yisrael Beitenu) – that distributed hundreds of thousands of the anti-Muslim DVD Obsession in eastern US Sunday papers. [see jewsonfirst.org]
I noticed this yesterday looking at the Orly feed that it came from Tel Aviv. Of the 40 or so comments at TPM that showed the video, not one noted that fact. Interesting ommission. Is Orly Israeli? If so that should be part of this birther story.
She’s an Israeli-American dual citizen born in Moldova.
I’m loving the conspiracy theories though. Especially the one where Obama’s British because his father was born in what was a British colony. If that was true, our little island would be swamped with immigrants from all over.

(EXCERPT)…After the birth certificate story was debunked, Netanyahu resurrected it as a way to pressure Obama from the U.S. fundamentalist right-wing, a group with which he maintains close political and religious links. Currently, Israeli propaganda experts are feeding a flurry of derogatory bogus “intelligence” on Obama to neocon media outlets in the United States….

RE: Is Orly Israeli?
MY COMMENT: As I recall, she is originally from the Ukraine. She left there and lived for a number of years in Israel before moving to So. Cal.
RE: She’s an Israeli-American dual citizen born in Moldova.
MY COMMENT: Yes, it appears that she is originally from Moldova rather than the Ukraine. To borrow from Roger Clemens: I must have “misremembered”.
There are really no excuses for these views, however, this is what happens when you stoke a country with immigrants that come from a mafia economy. Lets face it, when the wall came down there was no embrace from the “free world,” there was just looting in the first degree and the erection of an violent oligarchy. Whereupon there was an almost 88% drop in the standard of living among the rank and file people. You create that desperation and fighting for your life, and than transfer it to Israel – this is what you get. It still does not excuse it but it explains it.
Now that things have calmed down a bit in some of the region of the former union, there have actually been record numbers moving back. But you can always expect an ignorant, fearful, destitute and bigoted group by creating the condition described above.
In fact, here is an interesting follow-up for you on Russia’s super rich, just happened to be the headline video on CNN money site -
RUSSIA’S SUPER RICH
Of course I would be remiss if I gave this impression that Russia was the only place this was happening. that is because all of these little elite groups have been franchised all over the world, and their collective populations have been reduced to terrible economic conditions all the way to pauperism. In the industrial world the US leads the way in the gap between the rich and the poor in the developed world, and what does this have to do with Israel? Well, in some way having a quintessential welfare state for newcomers (Jews only), it does nothing to stop migration to Israel for even the sake of survival. No one looks to these problems being solved anytime soon. In the meantime history repeats itself –
SOME ARE JUST DANCING JOYFULLY
