Head of Bill Kristol’s lobby group calls on Israeli army to use Palestinian protesters as ‘target practice’

Bill Kristol is the chairman of the Emergency Committee for Israel, Noah Pollak is the top staffer at the shop. From Pollak's twitter feed (and thanks to ThinkProgress for spotting it):

Global March to Jerusalem needs a more accurate name, like Global March to Become Target Practice for the IDF.

Pollak has earlier called for "disproportionate force" against Palestinians and for shooting released Palestinian prisoners.

Rachel Abrams is on the board of ECI and has called upon Israel to throw Palestinian children into the sea to be eaten by sharks.

Hold onto this guys, take screen shots, because Pollak will pull it before the day is out. (Unless he’s a really proud racist like Alan Dershowitz or Rep. Peter King or Glenn Beck.)

  2. Don says:

Both of them are so morally warped it defies description.

What a charming bunch of racist white-collar thugs and enablers of ethnic cleansing.

What would the msm say if mister pollak was uttering the very same offensive words about the ‘israelis’, the ‘jews’, or whatever the heck you wanna call ‘em?

Personally, I call the Palestinians the REAL semites.

    And the israelis?

I call them european colonizers high on religious zealotry and land piracy.

Israel “gets away” with a lot, as we all know. Every time Israel gets away with a new outrage, the decent people of the world are cast ever deeper into FATIGUE — fatigue at their own anger, ineffectiveness against AIPAC-et-al, etc.

I imagine that guys like this (like the KKK charmers in the USA’s south, in the days when lynching of black men was a spectator sport and police looked on benevolently) are thrilled by the opportunity to do (or merely to speak) illicit violence — because it makes them feel superior, top dog, more powerful, beyond the law.

  5. these people should be outlawed, what a disgrace.

    • Taxi says:

The question “why do they hate us?” really belongs to the Palestinians.

Perhaps that despicable mister pollak can tweet us the answer.

I mean, what the heck has a single Palestinian ever done to him?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      • marc b. says:

you know the answer, taxi. pollack is entitled to this after all that has been done to his people. i mean what’s the fuss? israel is a great nation and, like all great nations, it has the right to flex its muscles. it’s not like the israelis have killed millions. what’s a few tens of thousands of civilians in the O/T and lebanon? it’s not like they’re real people. just ask rabbi what’s-his-face.

“I mean, what the heck has a single Palestinian ever done to him?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

Answer: Always been the bad guys…in the stories he learned at his Mothers knee, in all the books and movies, in all the news programs…and as more “proof” just about always the losers in any encounter. “Why do they keep shoving their Arabness down my throat?” (to borrow from another rights movement).

that’s about right. anybody who cares about this issue shouldn’t give a flying f*ck about these people. they should be an absolute irrelevancy to any conversation about the solution.

  7. seafoid says:

One day the tables will be turned and Israel will scream for the Geneva conventions and the UNDHR to be implemented. As they should always be, bien sur.

Noah Pollak’s comment indicates what has become kosher in today’s world.

  9. So i guess it’s ok to publish the racist criminal remarks made by the zionist ( they get to publish and get media coverage to propagate their message ) while we get censored for mentioning verifiable historical facts that have been suppressed for years which is the reason why we got this far down the road to begin with, and to add insult to injury they get to do ad hominem attacks against those who do not support the crimes israel commits by smearing them with the anti semite appelation, which ought to be a crime in itself, and is used as a bludgeoning tool just to try and discredit the messenger, while we must comport to their rules of engagement.

  11. Question: How are IDF troops operating in Palestine different from the Sturm Abteilung (SA, ‘Storm Troopers’, ‘Brownshirts’)? Substantively and functionally, I see no difference. And little difference ideologically.

And more to the point in this thread, how do Kristol, Pollack, and Rachel Abrams differ from the SA’s most rabid anti-Semitic supporters in the U.S. at that time?

Police/military training/tactics have become globally uniform. Selected leaders go to international seminars/trainings…and bring that stuff back…to your town. This is why they all look and act the same.

      • From CigarGod: Police/military training/tactics have become globally uniform.

CigarGod, if you can’t see the differences between typical police tactics and IDF tactics in support of brutal expulsion of an oppressed people then I’m afraid you are hopeless.

        • CigarGod says:

          TR,
My point was not to dilute your comment or context…but maybe it seemed that way. The world over…the training, body armour, vehicles, tactics are very similar. The differences are in the population in which they are employed.
Sorry, if you are a cop/soldier…but cops/s are just awaiting orders…and no matter what the civilization…they take their orders from the top. I’m a vet from a family of vet’s and a family with several cops. Everyone is a nice guy while sitting on a couch drinking a beer. But, when the orders are issued….

        • Taxi says:

The only people in uniform I trust are firefighters.

Everyone else in uniform and bearing arms supplied by the government is a Janus.

Cigargod has a point: even if the Swiss are occupiers of another land, they’d be behaving like the idf too. But what makes the idf particularly more morally gruesome and repugnant is that they’re fresh out of a holocaust and doing onto others what they themselves have much suffered from. What separates the idf from other immoral armies too is that the idf, for a long and suffering sixty-four years now, have been conducting their violent ethnic cleansing with immense glee and arrogance.

But really, all occupiers are vile violent entities, regardless of their nationality. And all global police forces refer to the same list of violent methods when ordered to crowd-control a ‘sensitive’ event, or clear a street from angry protestors.

Batons, water hoses, teargas, rubber-bullets, tazers, , snipers and attack dogs: yeah every police precinct in every city in the world owns a hefty stockpile of the above.

  13. Where is the ADL? I presume it is not a Jewish supremacist organization, of course.

    • Woody Tanaka says:

“Where is the ADL? I presume it is not a Jewish supremacist organization, of course.”

Bad presumption, given the way they seem to disappear whenever an opportunity presents itself to actually stand up for human rights. See, Park51, etc.

  14. These groups need to be officially designated “hate groups.”

    Enough is enough!
