New AIPAC spox reflects the pro-Israel tent having worked for Lieberman, McCain and the Christian Coalition

The new AIPAC spokesman seems to have run the political gamut during his career and perfectly compliments the organization’s political coalition. Marshall Wittmann has worked for Joe Lieberman, the Democratic Leadership Council, John McCain, the Heritage Foundation and the Christian Coalition.

From the JTA:

AIPAC named Marshall Wittmann, a veteran political player who has worked for Democrats, Republicans and Independents, as its spokesman.

The American Israel Public Affairs Committee has not formally announced Wittmann’s appointment, although he is at work this week.

Wittmann, 58, most recently the communications director for U.S. Sen. Joseph Lieberman (I-Conn.), is known in Washington as a “quote machine.”

He has worked for the Democratic Party’s centrist Democratic Leadership Council and served as communications director for Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.).

Wittman also was an assistant deputy health secretary in the George H. W. Bush administration and worked for the conservative Heritage Foundation and Hudson Institute think tanks.

In the 1990s he served as spokesman for the Christian Coalition, which then was seen as an unusual appointment because Wittmann is Jewish.

Its insane that an artificial state of 6 million people has so much clout (AIPAC) that America and the World have to dance to its false and irrational tune.

  2. Now Evangelics can claim that their affairs are not just about advancement of Christian ideology only .Better still, they can claim that it has noting to do with Christianity if they could rope in H. Ali .
He can claim he never had anything to do with politics given his contribution to the success of two warmongers of two different political parties.
