Two Sets of Law on an Ethnic Basis=Apartheid

Adam Horowitz, who is the brains of this operation these days, did an important post the other day on how the law for settlers is so much softer than the law for Palestinians. Settlers can spit at soldiers because they know they're going to get away with it. Palestinians know they're going to go away for a long time. Well here's further proof. The great Akiva Eldar shows that settlers are judging settlers in the West Bank: a judge who's a longtime settler herself let out that settler who had shot a Palestinian, putting him under house arrest in advance of trial. The judge actually reprimanded the police for not arresting the Palestinians!
