AIPAC line differs with Netanyahu in mentioning eventual ‘viable Palestinian state’

JPost says I'm wrong, that there is a significant difference between the AIPAC line and the Netanyahu government line:

While Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu is refusing to explicitly endorse a two-state solution to resolve the Palestinian conflict, participants at the American Israel Public Affairs Committee Policy Conference will this week be urging their elected representatives to press President Barack Obama for precisely that.

This is because the AIPAC lobbyists who swarm the Hill tomorrow will carry letters to colleagues and to President Obama for congressmen to sign that mention the importance of building Palestinian institutions "necessary for a viable Palestinian state."
Am I wrong in my earlier post saying that the policy conference is in line with the Netanyahu government? Yes: in nuance. I've heard little about a state at the actual conference.
