The Republican Jewish congressman spoke to the Jewish Federations General Assembly and in describing the growing crisis of Israel’s legitimacy, suggested that this process also threatened the "security" of American Jews, who ought to take off the "blinders." Israel’s security is "synonymous with our own," and we have to act before it’s too late (so reports Eric Fingerhut of JTA).
